Very reassuring and thorough and knowledgeable. Responsive for appt time. Kept everything very clean and exceeded our expectations. We are going to make an appt for him to return and relocate some gas logs in one fireplace.

From the beginning Arvydas was very professional and knowledgeable. His knowledge and experience became essential in our situation when we encountered serious incompetency with another company hired to re build the chase around our new fireplace. While maintaining his professionalism, Arvydas became an advisor guiding us through the code requirements as we sought to hire another company. He made himself immediately aviailable whenever possible including a special trip when we discovered a leak during rain. We had no idea at the time that the leak was due to an improperly installed cricket but Arvydas was the first to arrive at our home to problem solve. I highly recommend Arvydas and Atlanta Chimney Worx for any fireplace/chimney needs.

Arvidas was very polite and gracious, performed his task as had been promised without a hitch and apparently just in time for this cold spell.

I had my deck replaced, and needed to reconnect the gas line (which had been shortened in the process). Also, had a new gas/electric stove to be installed in kitchen. Called and was told entire job could be done in a few days. Came and both tasks completed very quickly and professionally. Although not difficult, I did not feel comfortable working with the gas lines, and thus felt that the price was fair. Would recommend to anyone needing his services.

I was pleased with their work. He was professional. He didn't try to make me spend money that I didn't have to spend. He knew what he was doing. He was punctual and he was good. If I have to use him again, I would use him again. To get our chimneys repaired, it would have costed a lot more of money. It was a good deal.

Based on my experience, he is not one to make suggest/sell unnecessary services - only what is needed. Great experience overall, and I am very pleased with the quality of work...I will definitely hire Arvydas again!

Contact within 24 hours of purchasing the deal. Appointment within the next 24 hours and showed up on time. Professional van and presentation. Inspection was great as we have purchased an "old" home. This was not a "sales" call, but did make several recommendations for safety and aesthetics on one fireplace. The other he said was perfectly fine. Highly recommended!

Honest guy, friendly and forthcoming. After assessing the chimney he recommended I get a service that provides a camera scope. The chimney is about 5 stories high. He turned down the job but did put my flu on track as a kind gesture.

Ardyvas did a GREAT job. Not only did he install the logs but when he ran into an issue with one of the gas lines in the fireplace, he literally disassembled the fireplace inset to get to the gas line and repair it. He was punctual, professional, cleaned up afterwards and was $500 less than competing quotes. When It's time to install the gas fire pit on the new deck, Ardyvas will be the first person I call.

The appointment was made within a reasonable time of my requesting the service and he arrived punctually. He made certain that the area around the fireplaces stayed clean. I am very pleased with his work.

I have been in my house for 8 years and had never used my fireplace. I didn't even have any idea whether it was wood burning or gas. Because of the colder weather coming, and thinking it might be nice to sit by a fire, I had an inspection done. I called Arvydas on Thursday afternoon, October 24th. He answered immediately. I told him what I wanted done and made sure he serviced my area. He said he would actually be in my area either the next day, or more likely, Monday, October 28th. Arvydas was driving and asked me to send him a text message with my address, which I did after we hung up. He replied immediately to the text message. He sent me a text message the next morning at 7:30 am saying he would be in my area around 8:30 that morning (Friday, October 25th) , and wanted to make sure that was okay and wouldn't be too early. I replied that 8:30 was fine and he arrived when he said he would. He inspected the fireplace, told me it was wood burning and "clean as a whistle." He showed me how to use the fireplace, gave me some places where I could buy reasonably priced wood logs and fireplace accessories, and also asked to let him know if I ever wanted to get gas logs installed, which he quoted a price for. I had done some remodeling in my house a few years ago and the fireplace no longer matches, so I had been thinking of getting it remodeled. I was so impressed with Arvydas that I asked whether he could do this as well. He said that he could and offered to send me some pictures of his work. I told a few friends I had my fireplace inspected and am recommending Arvydas to one of my friends who wants an inspection done as well. What an excellent experience!! They did not answer when I called, and then when I finally talked to him, he was very nice and apologized, however they said they did not service my area.

Arvydas was great. He came out on time and inspected our fireplace. We had not had a gas log fireplace in the past so he walked us through how it works. He tested it and rearranged the logs to a better form. Great service.

Scheduling service was slightly difficult. Once service was scheduled, things went well and service technician was very professional and courtesy.

After seeing a deal for gas log installation on Angie's List, we called Atlanta Chimney Worx. We called on a Sunday, expecting to receive a voicemail and leave a message. However, the owner picked up the phone. We indicated we wanted an estimate, and he was at our house for the estimate within two hours. We chose two sets of vented gas logs, and they were installed the next Friday. Service was prompt, of high quality, and the logs look great! The owner left our home very clean when he left. The logs look great! We are very happy with the service provided.

Arvydas was great. He called and came to do the work in the same day. He was very nice, professional, quick and clean. We would recommend him anytime.

The owner came out promptly and tried to fix the problem without charging me a lot, unfortuanly that did not work . He came back immediately and turned the gas back off and promised to return as soon as possible and gave me credit for the work he had done that day. One week later he came back and fixed the problem and cleaned out the fireplace , the way he arranged the stones makes the whole thing stand out. I didn't know it could looks so good. While working he kept his work areas neat and tidy and did a great job cleaning up after he was finished. I am more than happy with his work and feel the price was fair.

I reached out about the deal he was offering on gas logs as I wasn't sure if I needed an 18" or 24" set. He came by the house, surveyed my situation and made a recommendation. We had already looked at the pictures of the log sets and had decided what we wanted. He told us it would take a week or so to get them in. Once they arrived, we scheduled a time...he showed up and had us up and running in just a couple of hours. He charged me $200 for a new gas line, which I thought was reasonable given the fact that he had to drill through masonry, etc. He took his time, kept me abreast of everything that was going on...and was very sensitive to the mess. I think the fireplace is cleaner than when he arrived...the new logs look great...ready for a toasty winter!

It went fine. Came when he said he would. Described the details for what was causing the problem. Did not charge me any more than what I paid with the coupon. Gave me his card and let me know the other services his company provides. Did not push me to have him do any more work.
