prompt. fast. efficient. polite. informative. advised an upgrade to a back panel. we will agree to purchase one and have him install it.

When I called him he said he would call me right back. He didn't. I called again and left a voicemail, which was never answered. I tried once more and gave up on him. I called the next A-rated provider, who took care of the problem and deserves an A. This guy isn't interested.

Arvydas showed up on time and completed the installation and repairs in less than three hours. He protected the work area and was careful not to leave any dust or soot. We were very happy with his work.

The service was done very professionally and efficiently. It was not a difficult job. He replaced the chimney top that had blown off during the summer without hesitation. We had the top, it just needed to be re-seated. Entire service took about an hour.

Perfect!!! I use our gas logs all the time, they do put out heat! There is zero mess!

Alanta Chimney Worx showed up and inspected the fireplace. Said our hearth trim is too close to the fireplace opening and the new code is now 6 inches. He doesn't feel he can change the fireplace over to wood burning because if it ever caused a fire, he would be responsible for the fireplace not being up to code. He said we would have to bring it up to code before he could honor the Angie's List deal and that we should ask for a refund since he could not complete the work the deal was for. He was a very nice and professional person and even fixed a loose gas line on the outside of our fireplace for free.

We would liked to have known if there were any issues higher up in the chimney. Also, would like to have had the debris below the gas logs cleaned and reinstalled, or at least to have had the opportunity to consider new. We asked for some quotes on an improved gas lighter bar, and a glass insert with blower. Waiting for response to quote request.

I was able to get my chimney cleaned within a few days of ordering. He was on time and efficient. I gave him lots of opportunity to try and up-sale me or tell me I needed more than I did, but instead he gave me good advice on how to save money. I'd hire him again.

The owner/repairman responded to my request for service promptly. I didn't know I lived outside the company's service area so I had to pay and extra $30.00 for him to come to my area. Once the appointment was made, he called the morning of the appointment to say he could not come at the agreed upon time. However, he tried very hard to accommodate me on another day/time of my choice. He came and made the repair quickly and offered additional information about my fireplace which was very helpful. I would use him again and even with the extra service charge the cost was very reasonable. The repairman was very professional introducing himself before entering my home. As for the appointment change, it was an inconvenience to me but I understand that things happen.

He needed a few days to get the specific model I wanted. I later decided I wanted an upgraded burner and called him, only to find out his quote INCLUDED the upgraded burner, making his deal even better. What he sold me was perfect for my space. It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. There were no additional charges.

The owner of the business arrived on time and explained how he'd clean the chimneys and even took photos of some bird nests that were removed. He was very careful and covered the white carpet in our living room. We would recommend Atlanta Chimney Worx.

On time and professional. We just moved into our home last winter and never had a chance to use our chimney. He cleaned the chimney, and showed us how everything worked. Performed complete inspection of the gas lines and had a fire for us on the way out the door. Will use again, if need be.

I called to set an appointment and we have the appmt scheduled and in discussing the details of my chimney he informed me I overpaid and need to purchased the other deal instead of this one.

He came in and placed a protective mat on the floor in front of the fireplace to protect the wood floors and carpet, using a flashlight, he looked up inside the chimney, then ran this cleaner brush device up the chimney several times. Then he swept up the ashes that have been sitting there since I bought the house and used a vacuum to prevent ash dust from floating around the room. He then proceeded to show me in detail how the fireplace worked, how to turn on the gas starter, how to light the burners, (I've never owned one before so I'm a newbie) and how to place the wood. And suggested how often the chimney and fireplace needed checking and cleaning. Nice guy, too. We had a nice conversation while he worked. I'd definitely call him again for service.
