Description of Work: Installed rain pan on chimney. Other bids were much more expensive for the same work and quality of materials. Company,s timeline to install was accurate. Would recommend to others.

Description of Work: I should write a very detailed review as Arvydas was very prompt, courteous, personable and professional. I contracted to install gas logs into our new house and he ended up having to brave the crawl space multiple times to actually hook up the gas to the system. It was done quickly and we love the fireplace. I highly recommend Atlanta Chimney Worx.

Description of Work: Came on time and cleaned chimney. I asked if he could remove the existing gas logs, and he did so at no cost. He took pictures of the chimney which showed a defect in the cap.

Description of Work: Handsome Mr Arvydas Didas showed up on time and did a chimney cleaning , but did not yet have the gas logs in inventory ... so we agreed to meet again when the gas logs were available . While inspecting and cleaning the chimney in this old house ... Mr Arvydas recommended to replace the chimney cap which was rusted .I agreed to the work to be done . On our next appointment Mr Arvidas installed the gas logs and replaced the chimney... all in a very professional matter . Mr Avydas is very knowledgeable about his profession and a very personable man with whom its a pleasure to work . I can highly recommend him !

Description of Work: Owner Arvydas Didas was neat, clean, very personable and articulate. Very professional. Work was neat and immaculate. Took time to put down large pad in front of the fireplace and used a heavy duty HEPA vacuum to ensure dust and debris did not migrate into the living space . Was patient and took the time to do a thorough job. Cleaned firebox. Cleaned smoke box above firebox damper. Removed 5-gallon bucket of debris (leaves, soot and creosote, old chimney swift birds nests, etc., from smoke shelf above damper. Cleaned flu liner from smoke box to top of chimney. Went up on the roof and inspected top of chimney, took pictures of potential problem areas - missing flu liner & weathered masonary. Upon completion of actual work, then took time to point out potential problems with missing mortar between some firebrick in the firebox; pointed out evidence of water incursion; used pictures of chimney top to point out potential problems there Took time to identify, describe, and discuss various solutions to each of the potential problems identified above. Will be sending me an e-mail with quotes for the various solutions to the potential problems identified above.
