They come when they say that they’re going to come. They always call ahead when they’re coming. They do their job very well.

Their service is $350 a year. They do a full inspection once a year and then they come and just look at the traps that they've put in every quarter. I would recommend them to friends and family members. I have no problems with them and they are always good.

They come every three months. They do their job and they leave. If I see any bugs in between service calls, they will come back right away to take care of them. They are prompt and responsive. Their pricing is good.

I just call them and they come. I spend $80 per quarter. They do a very nice treatment. I have been with them for quite some time now and so I do not have much comparison and such with regard to price. For the service, I’m fine with it. I think for three months it’s a little costly now. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

Having the same guy helps out a lot!

There have some people whom I have had come in here and did a horrible job. Jeff Pursley is very thorough. He can get the bugs. He can determine where they are coming from. He is very knowledgeable about the pest and how to eradicate the nest or the source from where the pest is coming. He received an award in the company for pest control. Arrow is known to have reasonable charges. I will absolutely continue to use him in the future. When I got married, I moved to my husband's home. I have condo where I use him as well. He just did an excellent job outside and inside.

They are a very good company to work with. If they make an appointment they are on time. If they are a couple minutes behind they will give you a call. They are organized; they will call you to set up the appointment when the time is due.

When the come out they let us know they are here. I have been pleased with the services. I think the pricing is a little high.

They were very good. He went through the home and looked around. I ended up getting the termite and pest control. I wasn't happy with the workers who came for the pest control, I am waiting for them to come back, I am trying to get in touch with the company.

Overall, my experience with them was good. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

I have been using their services for about six years. They come by monthly to service for termite control. They also inspect the inside of the home on an annual basis. They come and check regularly and leave a message advising what they have done or if there were any alterations to the service. I am happy with their services and have so far not seen any termites.

I would recommend this company. When the house was constructed, they treated the structure and they’ve been servicing it ever since. They schedule their appointments, show up, and do what they’re supposed to do. I think their pricing has been reasonable. We had one small outbreak of termite damage, and the technicians came out very promptly, and took care of the problem. They replaced any of the damaged wood, which I thought was good. We haven't had any problems.

I was pleased with the choices they gave me for pest control -- one time, twice, or several times over the course of a year. I liked the price. We ended up going with another company because the company had a special deal, but I would have chosen Arrow had that deal not come along. I was impressed that the saleslady I initially spoke with called me back to see whether I was still interested.

I initially contact Arrow to perform quarterly pest control services for my home. Bill came out a couple of days later an hour late for his appointment with me. After signing up with Arrow, he performed treatment on the outside of my home. He was totally careless and inconsiderate. He broke my freshly planted begonias and even broke a clay pot. Instead of telling me about breaking the pot, he leaned it against the home apparently hoping I would not find it. I called and talked with his manager the next day who tried to convenience me to stay with them. Though he was very compassionate and apologies, the damage had been done and I decided to find another pest control service.

I use them for three different programs within Arrow. I have been using them for years. My mother used to use them, and now I do. My quarterly fee for a basic inside and outside treatment is $87. I think it's $67 for mosquito control. They come about six times a year; once every month during the season for mosquito control. I find them very reliable. They are very personable and easy to deal with. I'm not a technical expert in any of those areas, so I can't say whether they are doing a magnificent job or anything. However, I do know that as far as mosquito control goes, that works. I still get flies and things like that, but not many of them. I have a pretty nice time in my backyard. I don't have any problems with the termite control. I very rarely see water bugs or such things in my house these days. They are pretty good and reasonably priced.

The exterminator was timely and amiable. The property was treated and no fleas were found by the exterminator. I would highly recommend Arrow to anyone that needed this service.

I spend $388 a year. I have a yearly service agreement with them. I have a system called Sentricon, which is for termite prevention and treatment if I see any signs of termites. So far, they have done as per the contract.

The service technician was prompt, courteous and thorough. The product pricing was competitive.

The service tech found the opening and installed harware cloth to keep the birds out. This was a pretty simple fix and it was nice to have a company come in, evaluate the issue honestly and fix it quickly and for a fair price. No sales lines, no service agreements just a simple fix for a simple problem, refreshing.

They do a good job. I have a small dog and they are good about taking care. I rate them high overall. The quality of work he does if good. He put his boots on before coming the house. He is very cautious about that. He is very polite. They call me before coming for the treatment.

Mike arrived. He did his job and was very thorough. He went all over the inside and exterior of the house, including the garage and crawl space.
