This was found when we were purchasing the house. Arrow claimed they had fixed the problem. It took them 5 exclusions (each tech from arrow saying they couldn't believe the other tech had missed things) and over 6 months before the problem was under control. Then we had to replace our ruined loft insulation. Arrow would not take responsibility for their faults. We have now hired rid-a-critter who said arrows traps were not good and they were using the wrong bait - and they'd still missed some entry ways. Then arrow sent a passed due bill for this years coverage (which I never agreed to). Just called them and they said it wasn't a bill! How does something that's not a bill become past due?

We use them for everything. Right now, we are in the middle of a wildlife exclusion project. That is not quite complete yet. We got the full package, and they come out if there are any critters getting in. It was kind of expensive because we got the full package. We like them and have been happy with them. The quality has been pretty good so far, but the critters are still getting in. They put us on their schedule pretty quickly. They are always on time, or they will at least call and let us know. They come in and do what they need to, and get it done.

I have an annual service with them. I've been with them over 20 years. They come out once a quarter. I get pest control and animal control. I get a termite inspection. It comes to maybe $250 a year. They've been really good.

I've used them since I've been moved into my new place, and before that. They're friendly, knowledgeable and more than willing to go the extra mile. They're very easy to deal with and will find ways to work with you.

They are always, they come out and spray their stuff and we don't have any bugs.

We've been living here 25 years and have never had termites. I will continue to use them.

They say what they're going to do, they charge what they say they're going to charge, and they get the job done. They do my mosquitoes and they do my inside exterminating, they do my wildlife and then they do heating. I'm perfectly happy having the contract. Their pricing is fair. They're punctual, they call to see when I'm available to come out for my monthly or quarterly you know my yearly termite. I called them when I heard something in the attic, and they were like we can get there tomorrow, and it was a Saturday, I mean they came out, they identified the problem, the following week they came and set all the traps you know they were very professional. I've been using them for about 3 years.

The handyman was great. He arrived on time, did a very good job, and cleaned everything up. He really took the time to make sure everything was right and that we were satisfied. Although the handyman service may be small part of the Arrow company, this allows them to give more personalized service. We would definitely use them again.

He does a pretty good job. I did have to ask them to send out a certified yellow jacket man.

They do regular spraying for bugs and then also for termites. They have two different plans for the different types of bugs. They do quarterly spraying. There's just one issue with them. It's internally. They don't seem to have internal communication at all. You're always getting a call to schedule. It's just annoying. I wish they had one person assigned to your address and did the scheduling all at once.

Very professional group. We haven't had any issues with pests, since they sprayed.

The service went well. They're always professional, courteous, and quick. The estimate sounded reasonable and we're going to use them.

I have had Arrow's termite bond and the traps for about 27 years. They have always been professional. Recently I started using their insect prevention service. Their technicians are always very professional and personable.

This company's service is good. They service our home quarterly, but will come in between those times if needed which I like.

The cost was $450 for the system and the annual service $280. They are easy to schedule to come out. They are professional and communicate well with us. They do a good job.

The sales guy was ok. The pest control service worked.

It is $63 per quarterly. Great, they always do a wonderful job. We had one in particular that came every time and he was knowledgeable. He left the area with no trash- it was always clean. He called us whenever we needed it and work things with us.

When we bought our house, Arrow had been servicing it for termite control so we just kept going with that. The termite guys were great so we decided to try Arrow out for pest control to take care of the roaches we'd been seeing. Unfortunately, the pest control didn't work and we would need to call for a re-treatment halfway in to each quarterly service. We repeatedly had these issues over the course of a year and finally just got tired of it and cancelled the service. At the last scheduled treatment, I actually followed the technician around and asked him to spray specific areas that he otherwise wouldn't have done. The people were fine to deal with the and price was as expected, but no one ever felt the need to go above and beyond to address our pest issues. The technician just did the minimum and Arrow seemed content to keep charging us every quarter even though no one was interested in solving the underlying problem.

Use Arrow for many services-- also use their mosquito service on monthly basis during warmer months and also use their termite control baiting system

Very well. The representative sprayed in all areas and when a suspected termite area was found made sure to schedule follow up and treatment. Very prompt, professional and nice.

Man, did these guys ever work their tails off. Just a few days after I got my estimate and contracted them, they were on the job. Their crew worked LONG hours and did fantastic work. They communicated with me and took care of every nook and cranny in my very large, very tight crawl space. The work was terrific. The job was expensive, but the work was really top notch and fast.

We saw a squirrerl in our house and called Arrow, which is who use use for bug spraying around the house. Arrow was very responsive and efficient. They came almost immediately to check out the basement and attic and found flying squirrels. They scheduled a day to set up traps and start the removal process within a few days. They recommended a full exclusion (sealing of the house) in addition to using traps (so they squirrels couldn't get back in). Everything cost approximately $2000. They came back every week for a month to check the traps and they also checked the sealing to make sure it was working. Arrow also recommended that we replace gutters (in doing the exclusion job, they have to remove gutters and put them back on). They did not push for us to use them for the gutter job, and said that we were welcome to use anyone and showed us what the gutter installer will need to do to accomplish the job properly while keeping the house sealed. Arrow's price was competitive so we used them - approx $2000. Gutters look great, and so far no more squirrels! Thanks Arrow!
