We have used Arrow for over a year for mosquito spraying and are very happy with the results. We had some type of critter(s) in the attic and put in a trap ourselves. Sadly, the rats were too smart for us and I could hear them nibbling in the walls from time to time. We called Arrow, who had given us a quote for pest management last year and had them give it to us again. We went ahead and scheduled the work. The fantastic team of one came out on time and began right away. He did a thorough inspection of the attic and the roof and got to work. It took probably about 4 hours total to get it all done, and it was HOT that day! He told me what he found on the roof line - lots of little chew spots on one end. Everything got buttoned up and traps were set. They will come out and check the traps weekly, although with this heat I'm sure we'll know if something gets caught. Hopefully our attic was just a party spot and not a permanent residence and we should be rat-free from now on. Arrow guarantees their work so if a rat does manage to get past their defenses they will cover any damage done, which is awesome. We will probably get them to start protecting our house from termites as well, which we don't have, but the house has been treated for them in the past.

I pay them on a quarterly basis and I don’t pay them actually when they come. I think their price is pretty average. They’re fair. The quality of their service and their responsiveness are very good. They always call before hand when they’re coming and they always come. Their professionalism is very good. I will use them again in the future.
