Very knowledgeable inspector. Was very good at explaining services. Found them to be priced higher than others but appears they are very learned in their field. I would recommend.

They use Sentricon system for termites. They come out and check every 3-4 months. They charge me annually. I haven’t had any problem with termites after the service. They’re pretty effective and the Sentricon system seems to work for me. They do a good job.

They were always punctual and professional. They do a free retreatment if you have issues between regularly scheduled applications. | |We still had some issues with roaches during their service periods. I don't know if they could have done anything differently of if this is common.

We've been using them for 15 years. They're great. We get annual termite control from them and quarterly pest services. We pay $85 a quarter for the pest service and that's mainly outside but inside if needed and the annual termite cost is $125. We got a bait system. There's 2 ways to treat for termites: one is chemically where you put down a super string chemical barrier and the other is using treated pieces of wood in plastic containers and they put a ring of them around the house which attracts the termites. Their presence will be noted because they chew on the bait and the company would know the certain places to pay attention to when they come for the annual treatment.

They were excellent. I was very happy with the service. The guy came and did the perimeter of my yard and they also sprayed in my home as well.

I am very happy with them. I pay them for pest control per quarter and for termite control yearly. Their technicians are very polite and on time. They are very flexible. I have never compared their prices but I guess they are good.

They come out quarterly and then if you have any issues then they will come out at any time. That was our first time using them. The guy who came was just really knowledgeable. He was able to kind of explain why we were having certain issues and how we could fix them.

This was an excellent experience. He did not come across as a salesman or give me a hard sell pitch. He was knowledgeable and honest about the benefits and limitations of what his company could offer us. His price that was quoted was much lower than other nationally known companies. He provided very good advice, and I felt confident about the services he offered. He provided extensive paper work and a written estimate of everything we discussed. Due to some of our ancient house's unique (aka problem) features, Arrow is only able to offer a "retreat policy on our house" versus a full guarantee to cover all termite damage which they typically offer. He was completely honest and direct about this and what it means. We would prefer to find a company that will guarantee our house, but if we cannot, this would be my company of choice. We will likely use them for pest control even if we do not end up using them for termite protection. This was a very professional and courteous company. Their office staff has been excellent and their communication has been prompt, with good follow-up. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend Tim and Arrow Exterminators.

This service was for the RE building of a church. Arrow was extremely professional, quickly identified the nature of the pests and from where they were entering the building, and had the building clear of all critters within a few weeks. They have maintained that status ever since. I knew we had made the right choice when a few months ago the technician (Joe, I believe) told suggested that he could maintain the status quo by coming much less often.

Will continue to use Arrow.

We are very happy with them in general. They are always on time. They call before they come. The service technician is always very friendly, very helpful, and they will answer any questions we have. They do a fair job.

They did a great job. I have two small children and two indoor pets, so as requested they treated the home using no sprays, baits only. It seemed to knock out most of the ants. We did notice a few more in one area of the house so we called the company back and they came out the very same day to treat the area. Have not seen any ants since. Now set up with quarterly pest service with the company.

Very well, inspected attic and outside of residence, offered services to animal-proof the attic and recommendations related to crawl space door.

They came while I was out and inspect the stations and the house. I called them and asked a report about my stations, they told me that they will send... Called them one more time because and they promise but did not send any report so far... I am concern if they checked all stations or not and how the stations are. I really am considering to shop for other termite company...

I don't know how I manage to buy houses that have rats but this is the second home I have owned that has had rats! This company is 100 times better than what I used before. They went over the house in detail, and did a very good job of sealing our house. They know so much they even nailed down the traps in the attic so that if a rat was there it wouldn't take the trap off into the insulation. Then they set up weekly appointments to check the traps. The service people have been very professional, show up on time, and are very nice. And the best part is that they guarantee their work for a year, and for a small renewal will guarantee it for every year you renew. And it is a guarantee/warranty that can be passed on to a new owner. This company was the company that had the termite bond on this house when we bought it. I called two other companies recommended by Angies List to evaluate the problem. Arrow was the only company who really hunted for the entry point of the rats. I was happy with their termite inspection when we bought the house, I signed on for the insect protection, and now have the wildlife protection. I think this is a very good company.

came out and did a pest control to get rid of ants. Seems to have worked. Just didn't realized I sign up for quarterly service. The were great about fixing it.

Arrow does quarterly pest control for us, they call each quarter to schedule a time and service both the inside and exterior of house. It seems to take care of most problems, and the few times we've seen roaches/ants inside the house after service, they come back to take care of it.

Arrow came out monthly over the summer/fall to spray our yard for mosquitos. They called first each time (so we would know to keep our dog out of the yard) and went about their business quickly and professionally.

Very reasonable fee ($230.00) for three application for Roach infestation on a three bedroom condo (new purchase). Very professional and on time. They worked with me on the price and payment and got the job done. I will definitely use Arrow again.

They told us at the outset that a follow-up treatment might be needed, if we noticed new fleas that hatched from eggs present during the initial treatment. This turned out to be so. They scheduled the second treatment about three weeks after the first, with no additional charge for the follow-up. No more fleas were found after the follow-up. We are very pleased with their work.

They are very thurough and have a great follow-up. They are prompt and conscienceous. Their technicians are polite and professional.
