I have them spray for everything that crawls and I haven't had any problems. Every employee is very professional and friendly. They are prompt for appointment and very quick to response to pest problems. The technician always leaves a report and note for me after a visit. They will come back out free of charge if you have a problem after they have sprayed.

Arrow Exterminators Incorporated come when they say they will and are very reliable. They call first and I think this is very good business sense. The serviceman who comes is very neat and courteous. I have no complaints with this company. I pay them quarterly.

Arrow Exterminators Incorporated has been our pest control company for 9 years. Two guys come and they are as nice as they can be. I trust them enough to leave them the house key. You pay Arrow different amounts for different needs. Since we pay for all of the things I told you about our fee is probably higher than others. We pay them annually.

I am pleased with the good service that they provide us. They seem to solve the problems and are neat and professional. We use a different company for termite control but Arrow seems to keep away all the other pests that we had problems with. When they come they work very quickly and are done in good time. The price is reasonable and we have had good results with them.

My home is now bug free thanks to Arrow. I have always had good luck with these guys. They are definitely worth the price I pay if nothing else but for their efficiency.

I have a yearly contract with them and pay for the whole year up front. They will treat for other things when they come out if you want them to. They are honest and the price is average for this treatment.

Arrow has the most friendly staff. In just one spray, the bugs disappeared. They even came out same day I called and put things back where they belonged in my kitchen.

They originally treated my house for me 20 years ago and when I called they for an estimate and they came, they were ridiculously priced. When he went to his truck he came back and said that since I have been a valued customer for 20 years, I would get a discount and it was a 500 dollar difference. Then they only offered a 7 year warranty and the manufacturer of the product offers a 10 year warranty, so I told them if they can not even offer a warranty as long as the manufacturer does I am not using them and that their price was ridiculous. I have told people not to use them and I will never use them again. When they followed up to see if I was going to use them, I told them that I wasn't and that I was able to get it done for 2/3 less than what they were asking.

We have a quarterly contract with them and they always do a fantastic job. They are in and out and courteous about the whole thing. There is nothing damaged and I would recommend them to anyone.

The serviceman arrived at the pre-scheduled time and was very friendly and polite. He did a thorough job and we haven't had any insect problems since they have been coming to our house. They come quarterly and the cost listed is for the entire year.

Arrow comes out every quarter and provides this treatment for me. I also pay them on a quarterly basis. They really do a great job for us all the time. They are very competitive and very prompt in their arrivals. They do exactly what they say they are going to do and they are all very nice about it.

Very well. The exterminator is very knowledgeable and told us what pests we would likely have problems with due to the area we live in and with all the woods on our lot. Has come several times in between quarters, to do additional treatments when pests came back.

Service technician was polite and descriptive of his method. The day after he left, I found a roach in the middle of the garage ... dead.

He was on time and efficient. He goes through and points out what he's doing if you have any questions. Another guy came out and installed the Sentricon termite system. I think they charged the going rate. All in all, a company I'd recommend.

I LOVE THEM. I HAVE BEEN VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE PEOPLE THEY SEND. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY ALWAYS PRESENT THEIR CARD. THEY ARE JUST REALLY HIGH QUALITY PEOPLE. I'VE BEEN USING THEM FOR SEVERAL YEARS.

Arrow is always on time and schedules appointments in a timely manner. They are always very courteous on the phone and when they arrive and work on my home. They are also very prompt about coming out for a problem and quick to help with questions or concerns.

THE FOLKS FROM ARROW ARE VERY NICE TO WORK WITH. THEY ARE VERY FLEXIBLE WITH THEIR SCHEDULING AND GIVE YOU A 2 HOUR WINDOW. THEY ARE PROMPT AND POLITE.

WE'VE USED ARROW FOR YEARS AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO. WE ESPECIALLY LIKE MARTIN STILL, OUR TECHNICIAN. HE HAS A TRUSTING AND FRIENDLY PERSONALITY AND IS THOROUGH AND RELIABLE.

MY HUSBAND AND I DON'T AGREE ON THIS ONE--I FEEL LIKE AS LONG AS WE ONLY SEE DEAD BUGS, WE DON'T NEED AN EXTERMINATOR. HE LIKES TO KNOW THAT THE EXTERMINATOR IS TREATING THE HOUSE REGULARLY. THE ARROW REPRESENTATIVE HAD WORKED WITH US TO USE THE LEAST TOXIC TREATMENT THAT WILL GET RID OF THE BUGS.

DUANE IS ALWAYS VERY CHEERFUL WHEN HE COMES TO DO HIS QUARTERLY INSPECTIONS OF THE SENTRICON MONITORING STATIONS. WHEN A STATION SHOWS EVIDENCE OF TERMITES, THEN HE COMES ONCE A MONTH UNTIL NO MORE EVIDENCE IS FOUND. COMPANY IS VERY RELIABLE, AND I LIKE THE SENTRICON SYSTEM.

DAVID BRUMMER WAS OUR PEST CONTROL EXPERT. HE WAS COURTEOUS, EFFICIENT, AND ON TIME. THEY GET A B ON RESPONSIVENESS BECAUSE IT TOOK THEM ALMOST 2 BUSINESS DAYS TO CALL US BACK AFTER OUR INITIAL INQUIRY. I ALMOST CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY. THIS WAS NOT A REFLECTION ON DAVID, RATHER THIS WAS A SLOW CALL BACK FROM THE SALES DEPARTMENT. ALSO, I GAVE THEM AN N/A ON QUALITY OF THEIR WORK BECAUSE IT WILL BE A WHILE BEFORE I CAN TELL YOU THAT THERE ARE NO MORE BUGS. I WILL REPORT BACK IN A FEW MONTHS AND FOLLOW UP STATING WHETHER OR NOT THE PEST PROBLEM HAS BEEN CORRALLED.

WORK ESTIMATED, ALL QUESTIONS ANSWERED COMPLETELY, TREATMENT OPTIONS FULLY EXPLAINED, WORK COMPLETED IN ONE DAY, AND CLEAN-UP DONE.

MARY, THE COORDINATOR WORKS WITH OUR SCHEDULE TO ARRANGE APPOINTMENT TIMES. MARSHALL, THE ACTUAL TECH IS VERY FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS PROMPT.

DURING A LANDSCAPE PROJECT IN OUR HOME, WE BEGAN HAVING SEVERAL ROACH 'SIGHTINGS.' ARROW ARRIVED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF MY CALL. THEY WERE ON TIME AND POLITE. MAUREEN SPRAYED THE ENTIRE HOUSE -- BASEMENT TO ATTIC -- AND WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY MORE PROBLEMS.
