 + -1 moreThey are always polite and punctual, and offer a range of options for services. When I was concerned about my flea problem, they returned and retreated at no additional cost, even though it was slightly past the 30 day warranty.
Description of Work: Wildlife removal and roof repair. I have also used for a flea infestation in the basement, and quarterly pest control.

 + -1 moreWe noticed termites in the walls of the garage. An Arrow inspector came in to do the yearly check of our home. He looked around quickly, then told us that there were no active termites, even though we continued to have damage. He also tried to sell us a new policy since our was expiring. We called a new company with a good reputation, and they found the termites, treated them. We have not had any problems since. Arrow was not professional, and did not do what we were paying them to do. Before we switched companies, we had termite damage on two different walls in our garage.
Description of Work: We had our yearly termite prevention with them form many years. It was some time between the end of 2009 and June of 2010, that we switched. I cannot remember exactly when.

Description of Work: Arrow Exterminator's Termite Bond is a complete fraud BEWARE! We have paid for their bonding services for 10 years and used their centricon system. They have never pointed out any termite issues and charged us roughly $650/ year. In addition, they charge us $35+various visit charges/month for pest control over the years. The entire entrance to the garage rotted due to termite infestation. It needed to be rebuilt. First they sent out employees telling us that none of the rot was due to termites but rather water damage. Then after 3 denials from Arrow, we showed them the massive amount of termite tracks on the garage wood that we had removed. They then sent out an Arrow employee to steal the termite evidence. We got some of it back after threatening to call the Police. They then claimed that maybe a small portion of this was due to termites. We paid $7,500 for the rebuild of the garage and sent them a notice for reimbursement. Arrow ignored this being sent 6 times. It has now been over a year and they just sent us a note saying that a contractor gave them a "bid" to rebuild this for $1,940 and that is what they would pay. The "bid" is on arrow letterhead and we never met with any contractor of theirs nor could they have accessed the property as we have a gate. The bottom line is one of their emplyees slipped up and told me that they view their bond business as a profit center and any payouts as a loss.I am not sure how many of you Arrow has worn down by these tactics but if anyone else is out there, please let me know as this is fraud, misrepresentation and brach of contract. PLEASE NEVER USE ARROW. Please also share any honest pest control company that you may have. Wow, what a headache!

Everyone who comes out (the same guys for the past many years) is punctual, courteous, and respectful of my home. They provide stellar service at an affordable price. I highly recommend them.

 + -1 moreThey do termite control for me. They check for termites every couple of months. I have been using them for 30 years. William, who does the inside pest control, is very good. He comes out every quarter. He does the inside and the outside for $75 every quarter. I pay $350 a year for termite control. They are very reputed. They were recommended by my realtor 30 years ago. They are approachable. They can be contacted through calls or e-mails. They are a very good company to deal with. They will tell you if they see anything. They always leave me a form if the termites come back. I will continue to use them in the future.

 + -1 moreJay was our technician and he was great! We just moved in and had a terrible ant problem-all over the kitchen and in many rooms of the house. He was very knowledgeable and showed me several places where the ants were coming into our home. He treated all of the entry points to our house and the entire exterior. He understood and discussed my concern about the small children in our home and where he was going to use the spray. Unfortunately, the ant problem didn't stop and I called him back out a week later. Even though he had explained that it takes 2 weeks for everything to take effect, he came anyway-free of charge. He found an additional ant trail and hopefully that will take care of the issue. Jay gave me his card and I feel comfortable calling his cell phone directly if I have additional problems.

They are mindful of pets and personal preferences, like that the odor of one of the chemicals affects my wife, so they use a different one when they come to our house. I think we are getting a great value for our money.

 + -1 moreI have no problem at all with this company and will continue to use them. For pest control it's $85 every quarter; for the termite it's about $250 or so for the full year. They are very prompt and call the day before they are going to come out. They then set up a time to come out and are just excellent!
Description of Work: They provide two different services. One for termites that they come out four times a year for. They then come out every three months to take care of pests. I have used them for three years now.

 + -1 moreI have used them for about a year now and they do a fairly good job. Their price is definitely great and they come on time when I can finally get an appointment scheduled. One instance, they took over a month to get an appointment scheduled, and they are not good about returning calls. I will continue with their services because the price is right and I don't have any bug problems.

 + -1 moreI had a hard time getting them out at the right time for the first year. They said they had a guy out sick for a month and other excuses. However, the last two times they have been out on time and it seemed to work out. I hope it stays that way.
Description of Work: They come out every quarter and set up bait traps for termite protection. The initial set up was about $700 and then I pay $260 a year.

Description of Work: They come to my house once a quarter and spray a barrier outside my 3500 square foot house. I have had tiny little ants in the past and they sprayed for that, but generally it's for any kind of bug.

 + -1 moreI canceled the contract not due to the company, but due to the exterminator servicing our account. He kept calling and wanting to schedule appointments then he would not show up at all or come a day early. When he was here, he would keep hinting around that he wanted a tip.

 + -1 moreWe are very pleased with the company. They do what they say they are going to do and the work is always the best. They are sometimes late but they call and let you know. If we see any bugs in between spraying, they come back out and re-spray at no extra cost. Their price is fairly competitive.
Description of Work: We have a huge carpenter ant and roach problem in our three bedroom, two bathroom home so Arrow Exterminator sprays on a quarterly basis to get rid of pests.

They even did a special treatment for us for large cockroaches and didn't charge extra for it. We pay quarterly for the general bug spraying.
