Description of Work: The company does a regular inspection of the termite deterrent system and of the property. They were very thorough and even checked the crawl space carefully. They provide a written report and take their time when discussing the findings. The only thing I object to was that they sent me a letter before the work was done telling me that payment was due. The letter clearly stated that the payment was due once the work had been completed, but they called and told me my account was overdue. I told the person what their letter said and informed them that I would pay once the service was rendered. They accepted that easily and performed the work professionally and to my complete satisfaction.

Description of Work: The service member was very nice and they even caled the next day to check on everything! Not sure how grand it works bc it's only been a few days and they notified me it may take a few week before they performed the service! Kinda pricey (I thought, but I'm a new home owner and do not really know the ins and outs yet). Charge $280 for the whole yr. They come out and spray quarterly and also come anytime you call them for free!

Follow up services were good.
Description of Work: Update: This company has proven to care about its customers. They bent over backwards to ensure that we were happy after being contacted about the review below. Thanks Arrow. Very nice company that we've used for years for our termite bond/protection. We recently began using them for pest control as I become too busy to do it myself. We are not satisfied with the pest control service. We have many more roaches than ever before. I suppose I will go back to doing it myself. They are fast and friendly but not very effective (in our case) for pest control.

Description of Work: Arrow came out for general pest inspection/treatment. They were early than the scheduled time but waited. He gave me referrals for his termite guy and wildlife guy upon inspection of my property. He even called to set the appointment for the wildlife inspection.
