Was not really that great of a moving service. I was pretty disappointed and dissatisfied with the service as a whole, even considering the fact that Chris, the mover, claimed that it was a good company. Most of the move consisted of a lot of talking and not enough moving. It was a crew of three, and it took more hours for a move because they joked around a lot and were very inattentive. They did not move all of the items labeled. They even left items at the previous address, and I had to go back later dates to get them myself. A lot of it was due to their lack of attention and horseplay. I kept getting speeches about how to do things, when I really just wanted my stuff moved as fast as possible. Every decision made from the movers that day felt like a ploy to just prolong time to get more money. It was very annoying and time-consuming. At times I even helped move the furniture myself because they stopped to chit-chat so much. They supposedly got lost on the way even though they were following me closely and they also stopped to get food without letting us know. They did not even give an email linked to a customer review and I could see why, because they did not do a very good job. They damaged a good number of my items in the move and did not mention it at all. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THEM!

They damaged my new house and did not make things right. The corporate claims office is very self centered and it takes a act of congress to get compensation for damages . I would not advise use them!

They rescheduled my original appointment without telling me to another location and a much later time. The guys were tired and took so long packing my one-bedroom!!!! Very expensive move. Will not use again.

THE WORST MOVING COMPANY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Completely incompetent movers and managers, and will try to lie to you. We had already moved most of our belongings ourselves to our new home 1.5 miles away. We needed movers mainly for the larger items. The movers (three guys) turned up late on day 1 and only started moving our stuff at 6pm. After less than 15 minutes, we heard heated conversations and one of the guys left and got fired leaving two movers to continue the job. We were told that the two remaining guys could still finish the job that night so we agreed. A couple of hours later, one of the two remaining guys said he had to go to ED with a finger injury (which he had before starting our job). He said his finger was bleeding, painful and turned green - and that he already had 17 stitches in it. Again we were flexible and agreed that the job could in that case be completed by the moving company early the next morning. It was late and a lot of our stuff had been loaded onto the moving van already, so we had no choice but to sleep without our bed clothes, furniture etc.. Of note, we have a five month old baby. The company did not offer any other solutions and sent the same two guys back to our move the next day - 1) the guy with the finger injury who apparently had been in ED all night and was now on Percocet (opiate painkiller) 2) the other guy who said he was on his first week of the job. When they arrived at our home (late again) the smell of marijuana was so strong that we needed to open all the doors because we were worried about our baby. The two movers were clearly poorly trained and the move was slow and disorganized. We were repeatedly informed that the packing would be finished soon, but to no avail. Moving our 2-bed apartment took until nearly 10pm on day 2. We had no choice but to do the moving ourselves in the end. My husband moved furniture and my father-in-law (age 75 with severe lung disease) had to come to help us too since the movers were not going to finish the job that night. Despite frequent requests and knowing that we have a small baby, one of the two movers did not comply with the request to wear a face mask. It was dark by the latter stages of the move so items were put in the wrong places. The baby crib was found at the end of the movie with the dirty bathroom trash can lying on top of the baby mattress. Damage was found on the wall at the previous apartment. We have not yet inspected all of our items which are lying haphazardly all around our new home. We were given a bill for $1800+ for this **service** (reminder - 2 bed apartment, 1.5 mile journey). When we disputed this charge, we were told that our possessions (still on the van at that stage) would go into storage with 18% interest each day. Company management failed to appropriately acknowledge our concerns with this completely incompetent, inconvenient, and unsafe move. I cannot state enough - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE. THEY ARE WORSE THAN APPALLING.

The estimator did everything over the phone and did not come out to visually see my items. The movers did not pack the truck appropriately which caused me to pay for the second day of moving. It felt very bait and switch. There was damage to my new construction home in which I am still waiting on my claim to be responded to several weeks later. I am extremely disappointed I was charged at ALL for a second day due to the incompetent staff. It was discounted but management should have taken accountability. They know a customer is vulnerable when moving and you're on a deadline. The staff complained about management and the fact this scenario happens often. Again, still waiting for repairs.

The movers were punctual based on the time they said they would be at my house. They were very professional and courteous.

I hired them on 3/20/20 paid my deposit and everything was scheduled for a 3/31/20 move. On moving day, they gave me timeframe of 12-6pm. I waited, literally all day. I called 5 times to get an update regarding what time they will show up. At 545pm,I finally got a response that they can not make it today and would have to move me at 8am on 4/1/20. I was hot, upset, because I wasted time waiting and could have moved myself. I told them thanks but no thanks. They stated they were sorry that they did not communicate better and that they would refund my deposit. Its 4/23/20, and I am still waiting on my deposit. This was not the best experience simply because of communication. If you are a business, you are obligated to keep your customer in the loop, and they failed on this day.

Be sure to ask if they carry simple tools, like a screwdriver to separate table from pedestal.

They were fast, friendly, and efficient. I really liked these guys, they were completely upfront with me, and they were the cheapest option for me.

They are liars. They took my items. Promised to deliver on a subsequent day and no showed on 3 separate occasions. Said if I signed they could finish up and deliver next day, then used signature to say I signed for everything. Lies, lies, lies, and more lies. Look elsewhere for honest movers.

They were very courteous but not the most efficient. The job should have been split into 2 days. During the estimate I was told they were going to send 2 trucks. We were 85% packed. They did not start until 10:45 am. We asked them to help us finish packing. We still had glasses & the pantry left & odds & ends around the house. They filled up the truck. But only had 1 truck. They did not finish the job until midnight & there was still a lot left at the house. They wrapped furniture well. This was our 3rd move in 3 years. I was very impressed at their level of detail & memory for how we had things at the first house. They were very obliging with arranging the furniture. The work they did was done very well. However, there was a good 10 hours worth of packing and moving left at the first house. My husband and I ended up doing this ourselves because the day was getting too long. Luckily we were moving within the neighborhood so it’s a close drive. Would I use them again? Maybe with a few modifications, such as start earlier, bring 2 trucks, divide job into 2 days.

It caused a lot of emotional stress. It was the most horrible experience of my life and I am a senior citizen.

This is a poorly run company. I sent real estate pictures of all the things that needed to be moved and verbally told them I had a lot of stuff. They sent one truck that was way too small. I had to make 7 more trips with a truck and trailer to get all of my belongings they they were supposed to move. Plus they damaged my guest bed and dresser, gouged my living room floor, and dented up various other pieces of furniture. I paid 1800.00 for this shoddy work too. Never again.
