DO NOT HIRE ALL MY SONS MOVING?UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR BELONGINGS DESTROYED! All My Sons Moving is an absolute disaster of a company, and I wouldn?t trust them to move a pile of bricks, let alone anything valuable. Their movers were beyond careless?they completely destroyed my $1,200 TV with their reckless handling, and when I tried to get them to take responsibility, their pathetic excuse for customer service told me they were only liable for a measly $150. Let me be clear: this company does not care about your belongings, your money, or you. They are nothing but scam artists hiding behind a ?moving company? name. Their customer service is condescending, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. They break your stuff and then gaslight you into thinking it?s somehow your problem. If you value your possessions, DO NOT HIRE ALL MY SONS MOVING. Unless, of course, you enjoy watching your hard-earned belongings get smashed to pieces while they laugh all the way to the bank.

Kenji and Keysen were beyond amazing with moving my items from my apartment to a storage unit. They were prompt, friendly, professional and efficient which is everything I needed for such short notice and turn around time. We shared laughs and they made this moving experience as peaceful as it could possibly be. I only want them moving my stuff when it’s time to get it out the storage unit.

Greetings I contracted All My Sons to initiate and complete moving my furniture from an apartment to a brand-new home on 2/11/2023. Not only did All My Sons not complete the move they: - Scratched my hardwood floors. - Scratched my walls in various places - Left my coffee table loose and did not tighten the screws. - Didnâ t finish assembling furniture completely and tried to hide the unfinished parts, - Left a desk the in the middle of the hallway. - Left their boxes/trash all over the house for me to pick up. - Some items were not even removed from the box. When I requested that the job be completed, a male worker from All of My Sons threatened my life. He yelled at me, screaming various forms of extremities. He yelled curse words I hadnâ t even heard of. He then approached me, screaming **** You. Had there not been another man here, your male mover would have attacked me - I have a witness!!! The workers from All My Sons also reported to work without the proper tools to take my furniture apart. They had to borrow tools from my neighbors. This caused for additional time that I was also charged for.

The crew arrived late in a truck too small. They stole from us. They damaged our property and one member of the crew tried to sell our son drugs. They left broken dishes and items everywhere and we were overcharged by more than $1000. When I complained to management my claims were ignored. My Wife was in chemotherapy at the time so this was a very bad time for us.

The gentlemen were prompt, polite and were focused on the task at hand!

DO NOT USE THIS PEOPLE !!!! do your self a favor and stay away from this company, To begin they are very misleading about there pricing was told my move would roughly cost around $450 and they end up changing me over $1,100 , they spend 25 minutes wrapping each cheap items to collect extra time and supply money and they end up damaging the expensive ones, they put a huge hole on one of my dressers and after weeks of going back and forward they offer me $90 bucks to fix it, claiming the insurance pays in a per pound basis, Yes you read that correctly, there insurance pays .60 per pound, like they are transporting potatoes or grain and not furniture. these people are not to be trusted and are by far the worst I have ever use, NEVER AGAIN !!

Everything about scheduling this move to the actual move was perfect. The team at All My Sons got me scheduled when I wanted and called to follow up a few days before. The moving team (lead by T) was very professional and arrived right on time first thing in the morning. They were super efficient and all my items were loaded and unloaded carefully and perfectly. I cannot say enough how impressed I was and I would highly recommend!

WORST COMPANY ON THE PLANET ! Do not . I REPEAT DO NOT ! Use this company. They donâ t explain or provide documents for the NON EXISTENT insurance they have . They broke a few of my items that cost WELL over $300 & tried to pay me $90. They donâ t care . Movers are careless . Also staff is rude when you call for assistance. They hang up on you if you have a problem. Not only put you on hold to the main automatic line over & over. WORST COMPANY ! I will be proceeding to BBB . This company shouldnâ t even be functioning.

Rashaad was AMAZING!! There were a few damaged pieces that we are working to resolve and All My Sons (Atlanta) has been great to help with this. On the second day moving into our new home, one of the local team members (Murrells Inlet) flushed paper towels down the toilet (and there was toilet paper in the bathroom). This is the only reason I could not give them 5 stars. I have discussed with management and I feel certain that this employee will be disciplined for his actions. Overall, great and friendly team and I would recommend.

Not sure how they came up with my final bill. Was not impressed with the way they handled my furniture. They delivered my cedar chest upside down. My freezer was dented. Once they had my furniture on the truck one man wanted to go eat. I was their first stop. I would have thought they would have eaten breakfast before they can to work.

They were very efficient, personable and affordable. I will definitely use them again.

The gentlemen that came were very nice and they worked quickly. They made my move much less stressful so I could focus on the other headaches associated with moving. Would definitely book with All My Sons again.

The 2 gentlemen were polite and fast but precise in handling my furniture.. Joseph and Donair were Excellent.

The District Manager Insley and Office Manager Isiah are fantastic in customer service and reassuring that things will done efficiently and with quality service. I love All My Sons and one of their lead movers Mr. Larry is very experienced in his profession and offers excellent leadership to his team on a daily basis. I would not want anyone else facilitating my personal or business moves except All My Sons.

Demetrius and Brandon went above and beyond for my move.. my house was not the easiest house to pack up. And my driveway was very difficult to get in and out of. They did a spectacular job completed an inventory of all of my belongings. These guys came super positive. They took the time wrapping everything in My Home and packed their truck tight. We moved to Maryland. They helped us unload and reassemble everything and put it in place. We really appreciate you guys and your office. Staff they were all so kind and helpful. I would definitely use these guys again.

This pro did a bait and switch with their estimate, which grew significantly when the packers showed up. Final price was 40% over original estimate. Additionally, several closets were left unpacked completely, and the quality of packing lacked. As former military we moved multiple times in prior years, and we have seen what a quality packing job looks like, and this was not quality or service we expected for the price?
