All My Sons Moving & Storage

Do not use! Needed movers for a quick 5 mile job that consisted of a bedroom set and an office desk. Of the 7 pieces moved, they damaged or destroyed 5. During the claim process, they offered to settle for $140. Their drivers signed their iPad documents for me and never offered me any sort of insurance options. This is now turning into a legal matter. Horrible.

Pre-pack, and pre-plan. These guys saved me from my bad planning. Highly recommend.

DO NOT !!! I REPEAT, DO NOT HIRE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!! From the start it was a disaster. Truck was stuck on a lawn. It rained the night before, so common sense would have told him not to put the truck on the lawn. They had to call the tow truck to pull them off the lawn, which caused severe damage to the lawn, packed my property and unprofessionally 55 inch TV had a chair leg embedded in it nails and screws were lost to my bedroom set, they put my lawn items on top of my furniture which caused a tear in my furniture. And all I received was an apology no reimbursement whatsoever even after showing them all pictures they said it was not their responsibility. Terrible terrible customer service, terrible terrible workers, and I was also charge for the time it took the toll company to come to tow them off the lawn, which was completely ridiculous! I do not recommend this company to my worst enemy!

My team of movers were personable and cooperative. Deon was so friendly and great with my toddler trying to distract him by trying to help him and give him hugs. It was such a pleasant and endearing experience.

We had a good experience with All My Sons. When we ran into a problem with access to the storage unit, they worked with us to move the items in the following day.

Moving sucks but this company made it easier. I experienced great customer service throughout booking my move as well as during and after the move was completed. Coleman and Laiman, sorry about the spelling, we're a great team and did a fabulous job for me. I would not hesitate to hire this company again.

They were great and fast

ONE OF THE MOVERS STOLE MY REGISTERED FIREARM AND THE ASSIST MANAGER AND OTHERS HAVE GAS LIGHTED ME AND HAVE SHOWN ABSOLUTELY NO CONCERN OR EMPATHY. I am a single mother and that is my only means of protection out here I paid this company almost $2,000 TO GET ROBBED!?? Really??! Do not hire these people to come into your home.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Unfortunately my partner hired them and without reading any reviews first. Listen to everybody else and find some other company! They took their time (More than likely purposely to increase hours) but blamed the wait on not having enough straps (Not our problem), stood around most of the time (I have video footage to show), damaged my brand new furniture that should have been wrapped with bubble wrap but they used one layer of Saran Wrap that we were charged for when I had plenty of Saran Wrap in the kitchen, they smelled like marijuana which could be another reason this move took twice as long and then tried to charge us $1200! FIND ANOTHER COMPANY.. And let me not even mention how the phone call went when I called to complain about my furniture..

the guys moving did their job excellently but the main office deceived me into paying a lot more money because he estimated the job wrong.

I was scheduled for a morning appointment but ended up with a late afternoon time frame that ended at 9 p.m, which caused me to lose deposits for other scheduled appointments for that evening. Two of my items were broken. Missing communication with office staff... with different price quotes extremely unsatisfied with the amount of money I paid to be moved.

Whatever pricing scale they offer should be continuously questioned throughout the move. What should have taken a short time being a smaller 1 bedroom move was spread out over the course of an entire day which incurred excessive charges by the hour and was nowhere near the initial estimate. It seemed as though the move was intentionally stretched out by the movers themselves so they would not have to take on another project for the day and run up the amount charged.

Spent $2500 just for 5h packing. They finished within 4 hours and never gave me the unused time back as a refund. They packed things I told them not to pack and did not pack things I told them to pack causing the process to last longer. I also advised them where I wanted the boxes stacked and I had to go back and ask them several more times as they left the boxes and random spots all over the house. The lead guy told me he was leaving in 30 days so he did not care. He and another member of the crew also made crude remarks about some female friends I had pictured on my fridge. This company is a scam, do not hire them.

Iâ m giving 2 stars because the 3 guys who moved me were great but the 1 girl with them (I think was the lead) was extremely rude. Not only did she tell me when she heard my voice (meaning because Iâ m black) she knew I was not going to tip and would be â penny pitching because times is hardâ . She then said â I love working with my white peopleâ . Its gets worse, she ask where my partner was from because he has an accent, he told her Haiti, she then saidâ oh, thatâ s worse, yâ all scam and cheatâ . Totally unacceptable comments and behavior, and definitely not funny by anyoneâ s standards. Anytime I asked a question, it was as if she was bothered by it- definitely not great customer service. I just hope thereâ s no issues that arise, because I can only imagine how it will be to deal with the company. Oh, and we paid over $1000 in cash and they said they could not give me a receipt until after they complete all the deliveries for the day and go back to the office. I would not use the company again, but this doesnâ t mean the guys were not great - they were very efficient and respectful hence the 2 stars.

Beware of this company! Do not use them. They drastically inflate the estimated time they think it will take to unload your belongings and force you to pay the inflated amount before they unload your belongings from their truck (which they do not tell you about before hiring them). Once they finish moving, they take their time cleaning their truck before finally calling management to confirm they are done. Then, they sit at your address for at least another 15 minutes before leaving, which I was charged for. When I tried to get a refund for that time, management said they look at GPS and see when they leave your property to determine when they finished, which is clearly why they sit there in the truck to rack up time. It is a huge scam. Management is also rude and unhelpful. You will be forced to pay for all the time they take sitting around before driving away.

Movers were very good. However, the price of their service is not good at all. First, they send someone to estimate a price. Then comes the actual cost after the move, which is 50% more than the estimate. So you basically have no idea how much it will cost to move. And, it was much higher than expected. At this point, you have no choice but to pay them. Also, read the fine print. Once they go over so many hours you must pay overtime which is time and a half. Keep in mind your original estimate of hours required to move was far less than the overtime hours. I felt ripped off. Buyers beware.

The majority of my furniture was damaged broken. My yard man found some of my furnishings tossed in the field. They only gave 478.00 for damages worth 7k. RUN from them.

They are very fast but a few small things got broken but it’s ok they were very efficient with time
