They did a great job overall. They were the least expensive out of all the quotes that I obtained. It took several applications of treatments to get rid of the fleas but they only charged me for the first spray.

We have used Alexander's for many years now and they are very efficient and keep their prices competitive. We pay them yearly for the termite service, quarterly for the bug treatments. We recommend them others.

I can not say enough good things about this company. They are wonderful and very professional. They are always on time when they come to my home. If they do find any evidence of termites they will come out free of charge. I can't really respond as to their degree of responsiveness because I have never had to call them for any complaints or concerns.

I am completely satisfied with the service that Alexander's provides. I think they are always reliable and on time. Actually, most days they come out, they just leave a message for us and take care of things. Since they mostly spray outside the house, I don't have to be home to let them in. I think they are always polite and friendly.

All went well here. I used to have Alexander treat our old three bedroom home as well. When I move here, the termite thing was already in place with them so I stuck with them to do my inside for the bug thing. They are very professional and they take care of everything. I have them come out every three months for me. If I do have a problem in between treatments, they will come out free of charge and take care of it for me. Charges vary. I pay them $90 for three months in my four bedroom home. My old house I paid $75 for three months and that was a three bedroom.

I am very pleased because they call me to schedule the maintenance and they don t forget about me. If I am not home, they still take care of everything and leave a receipt on the door, which is nice as well. They have a wonderful service and the staff is all very professional. I would recommend them any time. I pay them quarterly.

They have always given us a fair price and shown up when they said they would. They were also willing to meet competitor s prices. I have been very pleased with their service. Every employee is very professional and friendly. They are prompt for appointments and very quick to response to pest problems. I would definitely recommend them.

I have been a customer of this company for several years. Their renewal price has continually gone up but the quality of service has declined. Their inspections are not thorough and their business ethics are non existent. I will be switching companies as soon as possible. The only reason I've stayed is I was promised that I didn't pay for re-treatment but now they are denying that.

We thought that we would also like to have them spray for mosquitoes and paid them for that service prior to them doing it. At the last minute we felt they were being a little shifty on the price as it was $300 and changed our minds about them doing it. They weren't happy with that and sent our check back to us in a way that we felt was very negligent. The check was in a clear envelope that wasn't even all the way sealed. I'm going to find someone else to take care of spraying my house.

We have been using them for 20 years! They make an appointment and they show up when they say they are going to. They take about an hour every time and they look around everywhere. I can see where they have looked around the foundation and I can tell that they are very thorough.

The quality has gone down a little since we started using them. We have used them for the past couple of years. I guess this particular inspector figured that everything would be fine, so he performed the inspection too quickly. I don t think he would have been able to inspect thoroughly, in so little time. He checked off the list for the outside before inspecting it, plus he was 15 minutes late. My friends have been using this company for quite some time. When we originally hired them they were a little bit more expensive than others. Maybe next time he won t be in a hurry!

The men that come are always polite and very clean. They spray very professionally, always making sure nothing gets on anything it shouldn't get on. They come when they say they are coming and we haven't had a problem with any infestations since.

SO FAR ALL IS GOING WELL. THE HOME IS 80 YEARS OLD AND NEVER REALLY HAD ANY TREATMENT, SO IT WAS OVERRUN WITH BUGS. IT TOOK THE SECOND YEAR, BUT THE HOUSE IS FINALLY ALMOST COMPLETELY BUG FREE. MY TECH. IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HAS HAD NO ISSUE WITH COMING OUT AGAIN TO RETREAT AT NO COST.
