Excellent. Each month Beverly from the office calls to schedule an appointment for their service. She and the others in the office are always friendly, helpful and will schedule service around my busy schedule. Sandra comes and sprays, inspects for signs of problems, etc. Sandra has become like a member of my family since I've been using them for over 20 years. I completely trust and rely on Sandra's service and any recommendations she offers. This company is very reliable and dependable !

They were there when they said they would be and they seemed pretty responsive on the telephone. The cost was average. It was pretty standard. I would consider using them in the future.

They are currently my pest control provider. I've been using them for the past 15 years. I get the house treated every other month. If I have a problem with pests in between the time of service, they come back do another treatment for free.

We’ve had services that have been better. Everything, including scheduling, was great. They did come back out when I called a couple days later when we indicated we still had mosquitos. We still have mosquitos. They did put up a sign to indicate they had treated and pets and children should stay out of the area for a day.

Sharon was awesome! She was always on time, did a thorough job, and best of all, we noticed a 95% reduction in mosquitos compared to last summer! We have a lot of English Ivy and were impressed that she sprayed all parts of our yard, including the ivy, no questions asked! I would definitely use this company again.

They did a great job and I would consider using them again. I definitely saw some results, but they only came out once a month -- I'd probably see more results if they came out more often. I've used three services and they're about average priced. Scheduling was easy, too. For those in an infested area, you're probably going to need more than one application a month.

We have been using Alexander for our home pest control for the past 15 years and they have been great. Anytime we ask for a specific problem to be solved they handle it and go the extra step to make sure we know how we can mitigate a reoccurrence. Our tech is very nice and always arrives in the time frame quoted. We would highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for a local pest control service provider.

first treatment was great, never saw a mosquito. The second treatment didn't seem to do much.

So far, so good. I did have to call them because after the first treatment I was getting a lot of bites. They did not return my call, but they did come for the second treatment at the scheduled time. The bugs have lessened since the second treatment.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It went just fine. They did very well. The guy was just very polite and I had made a mistake with the address and helped us get all that figured out. He was very polite and very well dressed. He sprayed where we asked and talked to us about it, he was pretty good.

We received our first application in late April,early May and are able to sit outside and enjoy our yard without being eaten alive!

We have used Alexander Termite since we bought our house in 1994. Although there have been a few communication issues in the past two years, our concerns have been addressed. The individuals we spoke with have been nice and, best of all, we don't have termites!

Received first call to schedule within one day of purchase on Angie's list. Very professional and willing to work with me on scheduling. Technician showed up on time, was very professional, informative and thorough. Received follow up call to let me know that second treatment had been moved and to let them know if that would be a problem. So far...no mosquitos!! Very pleased with this purchase and the service provided by Alexander.

I actually had one treatment and it’s early to tell. The people were very courteous and nice. They were easy to schedule with.

I purchased a Big Deal for $299 for a seasonal mosquito treatments. After speaking with them about an appointment, they informed me this was for only five treatments, which there should be seven. They did not agree. For the pricing, there is not any savings on this deal. I will not use this. The pricing is average retail pricing, not anything special.
