 + -1 moreI'm pretty happy with them. Total of four to five years ago, they talk me into doing the termite treatment all around the house where they drilled the holes and so forth. That went pretty well. They didn't miss anything else. Everything looks amazing. Basically, I'm pretty happy with them.

Several years ago when we had a termite infestation, they handled the treatment and repair very timely and the repair was of very high quality - better than some contractors I have hired myself to perform minor work on the house. The staff that schedules appointments is very friendly and our technician (Sandra) is always on time, polite, and efficient.
Description of Work: Alexander has provided us with monthly pest control and annual termite inspections for almost 10 years now. and helpful. I am trying them this spring and summer for mosquito control.

 + -1 moreI have quarterly pest control service and annual termite inspections, and it always goes very well.
Description of Work: I have been using Alexander for the last 13 years or more and am always very happy with the service. The employees, both phone schedulers and service techs, are very professional, accomodating and friendly. They work according to my schedule and the technicians are always prompt or early for the service calls. I never feel pressured to upgrade or utilize services I don't want. I have been particularly impressed with my latest service technician, David Outen. David goes out of his way to explain everything he is doing, inquires about whether we have seen any pests and what I can expect from the next visit. Always, if I have any problems, such as ant infestation, in between service calls, he comes promptly out to correct the problem. I know this is the quality that Alexander expects from its employees, but David is a professional they should be glad to have on board. He's a delight to work with. I would highly recommend Alexander to anyone.

In our old house, we had the same technician that came the first treatment and the last treatment. I love that. I felt very comfortable with them in our home. They are really good.

 + -1 moreI've never had any issues with them. We sold the house where they had been our provider. We also used them for our termites. For the termite side I liked the fact that they used a chemical that they put a barrier all around your house that is supposed to last at least 6 years as opposed to the bait stations other companies use. From the pest control aspect I like that they can spray the inside of the house seperate from just the inside of the house. They were very favorable pricewise.

 + -1 moreFull termite package was done. Drilled into the concrete slab and inject termites, which kills termites, then filled in holes to complete that job. They also sprayed the interior of the house for pest control. Very happy with service.

If I had a problem and whenever I called them they came out. They had great customer service. They were friendly. If I have a complaint or concern they always get back. I trusted Eddy as he came in and did his job.

 + -1 moreWe have a contract with them. They come out at the end of every month. They have not come out yet for this month. I believe we pay them every five or six months. They are extremely professional. Even though we're kind of on a schedule they give us courtesy calls to ask us if we have pets that need to be taken care of. They make sure that we have the pets put away. They keep them off the property for several hours after the treatment. They are really conscientious of that. Their price is acceptable to me even though I haven't shopped around for prices. They have been excellent.

 + -1 moreThey did our exterminating for several years and then assigned a new exterminator to our "route". We had to recall him twice within a few days because the bugs kept coming. After a week or so, ants appeared. This was the first ants that we had seen in years. My wife called the office and talked to the supervisor who had been with the company for "26 years". He told us both that she expected too much and we should wait a week or so for the ants to go away. I asked him why his former exterminator has gotten rid of the ants in a few days and they had never come back. He said that "we now use a new process"??? We changed to a new company on Angie's List. They immediately found the ant colony, killed the ants and they were gone in a few days.
