Wow, the service was amazing. Thomas removed over 600 malware and virus files from my grandson's laptop. He worked for hours cleaning up a nearly new laptop that had become almost unusable. Thomas also installed a new anti-virus for us when he finished. I would definately use this provider again.

I had called twice previously to get help with the upgrade to Windows 10 and was not charged for the calls both of which were informative and helpful. I ended up not being able to upgrade and had to reboot and reinstall Windows 8,1. The cost for the help was well worth it to me. BTW - Don't upgrade to Windows 10 for another few months until the bugs get worked out.

Thomas was my tech for this project....I was amazed at his knowledge and willingness to help solve all problems , and there were many, many of those! He cleaned off about 850 malware cooties! It took about three hours or maybe more for all cleaning to be done and re set up what I was having most problems with. He was so great, and I cannot stop singing praises about him and Spencer who set up appointment and this company. Would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Spencer arranged a time to call to work on my husband's computer and he contacted me exactly when he said he would call. He was very pleasant and helpful on the phone, spent about 4 hours working on it, removing in excess of 300 infections. He also uninstalled and reinstalled the anti-virus software that had become corrupt, and sent an email with further instructions for improving the speed of the computer.

totally cleaned up my lap top. It was crawling along and they fixed it. Went from 2mbs to 14mbs. It flies now. It took about 2 hours but they did it right on line and worked well. Also used Angie's list coupon and saved a little money as well.

First they responded to my email inquiry very quickly. Then, they quickly helped me schedule a time to have my computer fixed. The computer tech even shifted his schedule so I could get express service. I had no idea how to get rid of the virus but in less than 24 hours, they had the virus off my computer. Very pleased with Alexander. Will use them again.

I've also used ATR previously, on several occasions, for various technical support issues. I've found each member of the staff I've worked with to be polite, efficient and accessible. The things I needed done were accomplished quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the services and will continue to use ATR. I would unhesitatingly recommend ATR to others as well.

I scheduled the appointment 2 days in advance. Thomas called promptly at the scheduled time and accessed my computer remotely. The conflict between the hidden files left over when I tried to uninstall Microsoft Security Essentials and the new virus software I had installed had caused my computer to crash to blue screen. After we booted it into safe mode, he worked quickly to delete the hidden files, remove the less desirable new virus software I had installed, and install a different virus software that he recommended to be better. Everything seems to be running just fine now.

Stellar service. A glitch in the code (or something) originally showed all Fs for my ratings above, which could not be further from the truth. A+s all around!!!

He did a great job and spent a lot of time to be sure it was done right. We set up up a mutual time and everything went perfect. Just like anything sometimes a good tune up can make a huge difference. My computer is flying fast again like it was when new! Thanks so much.

It went great he was personable and friendly. He was patient while giving me instructions for things to try when getting connected to the Internet and he gave clear and easy to follow instructions as well.

The session went very well. All of my concerns were addressed in the hour allotted for the session. In addition, he sent me an e-mail to use to "power cycle" my network for better performance.

Did a great job. Its working better. I had issues with popup from visual shopper which were resolved.

The provider had control of my laptop for approx. 3 hrs. Somehow disabled my keyboard and touch-pad. Took more than six additional hours to evaluate and try to find a solution. Ended up resetting to a restore point prior to their work. Would not recommend. I wasted 200 dollrs.

It took about 4.5 hours. He connected to my computer. rebooted the computer into Safe mode. emptied recycle bin. downloaded a packet of programs. ran them systematically. rebooted the computer. and ran other programs. Deleted found malware and Trojans. did a chkdisk and other commands from the cmd. deleted or uninstalled programs known for allowing virus/malware to get into the computer. deleted cookies and internet history. and something else (don't remember what and apparently haven't needed it yet). downloaded current/updated programs. defrag'd the hard drives. Uninstalled the packet of programs. and asked me if I had any questions and answered them. He was pleasant and professional and thorough.

They remoted into my system and worked for over 3 hours to resolve my PC problems. I needed only be on hand for the first 20 minutes. The rest of the time, I could watch the work being done, but since I wasn't needed, I got much more accomplished. I'm most thankful. Everything runs beautifully now.

They got in touch with me to set up time to call and set up for them to tackover my computer and it took a 1 hour then everything was fine, they hung up , Then called me to inform me they were finished. and I payed them first .

They said that the job was going to take longer than the deal, and charged me more at the onset.

My computer worked much be better. Also, the recommendations have resulted in better overall results. These recommendations were easy things for a semi-savvy end user to do that would make one less dependent to the service provider. This showed more concern of customer satisfaction over making profits.

++ Absolutely fabulous!! He took over my computer for about 4 hours and we chatted on the phone about a half hour total. He installed some program that will clean up all my files and cookies in one step. Has the patience of Jobe!! Also began installation of Windows 10 which is awesome. It completed about 2 and a half hours after we hung up!! Worth every penny!! Did not lose any pictures or any of my stuff that I treasure. On a scale of 10 being the highest, I give him 10 ++++++++ 5 star rating!!! Highly recommend this service!!!

ried to remove pop-ups from my computer. They failed. Then I did some research and fixed the problem myself. Waste of money
