Description of Work: Purchased Big Deal, excellent service. Punctual, professional and knowledgeable. When they had completed the scan and removed the virus or virus's/ I received a call was told what was done, what was found and the results.

Description of Work: I sent an email to the company and told them what I was experiencing. They quickly responded to my email and told me they thought my harddrive was bad and if it was, they would not be able to perform remote service on it. They did say if I wanted to proceed, we could. However, a few days later, and before our scheduled appt, my harddrive crashed completely and would no longer power on. I apppreciated the honesty and the quick response.

Description of Work: My computer was extremely slow, often blocking on my picture file, losing folders, and doing other strange things. Donna promptly set up an appointment time to fix it remotely. The remote appointment was prompt, but my computer was so difficult, she had to try three different programs to even access it. She was very patient, resourceful, and apologetic that nothing seemed to be working. Since I was driving to Atlanta, I met her at a convenient location and gave her my tower. Donna is a real miracle worker! I trusted my computer to her care and when she was finished - I thought I had a brand new computer! Even all the lost files were where I thought I put them! The updated programs were installed Donna was patient, extremely knowledgeable and very attentive to my concerns. My computer is fast for an old computer and the font is appropriate for my old eyes. I highly recommend Donna for your computer needs and the price was very fair for the amount of time she must have spent on it.

Description of Work: The technician emailed me to make arrangements for them to perform their service on my computer. In the email he arranged time and day. On the day of service I got a phone call and logged on my computer, the technician up loaded a program so he could access my computer remotely and then he said he would perform the clean-up and call when which was about 3 hours later. I felt the technician did a very good job cleaning old files and making my computer run faster. I would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: My computer was dreadfully slow to the point of not working. This was my last ditch at fixing it before replacing it. Spencer spent several hours fixing it and now it runs beautifully. I would highly recommend this service to everyone.

Description of Work: I spoke with Donna a couple of times over the phone. She helped me with several problems by giving me information I hadn't had before. She hooked up to my computer and determined for me that my drive is bad and needed replacement. She also helped me identify the type of replacement I needed. I will contact her again after I get my new drive purchased to help me get it installed. What I like most about Donna is that she is respectful and doesn't treat any question like it is a dumb question. I am not stupid, but I don't know the ins and outs of computers. So often you are made to feel like an idiot by computer geeks. Not this one.

They set up an appt., arrived on time and did a professional job. Spencer Alexander was very personable and helpful in answering my questions and helping me with the computer support I needed. Description of Work: Improved performance of old computer, removing old inefficient programs. Tried, unsuccessfully, to remove date from a very old disc. Made suggestions where this might be accomplished. Very professional. Price fair for work done.

Description of Work: "Cleaned" out my computer via remote work. I do feel that the outocme was good. It seemed to take longer than I had thought, and I had to pay a little extra. Some of that time was spent have an automated ananlysi performed - the technician was not actively involved during that 20 minutes or so.

Description of Work: Technical expert cleaned up some problems with the computer including internet access, unnecessary programs, Skype acess, sound, etc. He arrived promptly, tackled the computer with ease and very patiently answered all my questions. He's a genius! Two weeks later I brought a new problem to the owner and he took care of it over the phone remotely at no costs. I really appreciated that!
