Description of Work: I started with the $60.00 and upgraded to the $100.00 service and was very happy to do so. I had a virus that my security software did not detect, even after I call them and they performed some test, I was told my computer was "OK". Donna with ATR was very busy from the start looking at my computer to resolve my issue. She went through my directory and deleted any files that I no longer needed or had spyware. Because I was not happy with my current security software I asked her to remove it. She did and than asked if I wanted a new free program added that she recommended that would not let any virus pass, said yes. She added other software and setup times the new programs would run. Did a complete review of my computer and ran a defrag <----Spelling? And performed a very long download from Windows to bring my computer up to date.....Donna performed an excellent job! I contacted my old software folks and cancelled my subscription for a return of $76 so my cost to have Donna bring my computer back to top condition was $24....not a bad deal!!!

Description of Work: After agonizing for weeks how and where to have my computer evaluated and tuned up , I decided on remote thru Alexander Technical Resources. I called and received an appointment easily. Donna called at the exact time specified. She was patent, pleasant, respectful and so knowledgeable. She is a natural teacher . I learned so much . The entire appointment from start to finish was under two hours.could not be more pleased. Will not hesitate to use their service again.

Description of Work: I called the provider and immediately set up a time. Donna called exactly on time and was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, due to the problem with my computer, they were unable to help me. Donna was very patient and tried several times to help and eventually advised I needed to bring my laptop somewhere since it might be a hardware problem. I would probably be willing to use them in the future.

Description of Work: Experiencing computer problems in the middle of an application the computer would simlpy shut down! I have all the necessary protection installed on the system and run as instructed, however, I still had some time of bug or virus. Atlanta Technical Resources remotely accessed the computer spent about a 1/2 hour with me reviewing how I use my computer once completed they set about cleaning my system. Approximately 2 1/2 hours later we reviewed agian what was done. I was aked if I had specific questions which I did. They were answered spending about 1/2 hour. I would absolutely use again and would highly reccomend.

Description of Work: Did not use this coupon. Alerted service provider that my computer would not connect to internet and I could not use the deal. They replied quickly and directed me to contact Angie's List directly. Awaiting refund. Thank you.

Description of Work: My computer had a virus. I had a report due . I could not wait to take it in and leave it. Angie's list rep sold me a coupon for somebody I cant even remember- Ray's in California? They were not open on weekends and I had to take my computer to a relative to fix and the man called me 3 days later by then I did not need help. I should not have bought anything in advance or given in to the high pressure sales from Angie's list but when I called the 2nd rep. promised me a refund for the never used "service"and out of a one year contract with Angie's list.

Description of Work: I called and an appointment was made for the technician to call back and perform the service. My computer was very slow. It stalled and periodically just shut off. The technician, Donna, listened to my complaints and, after gaining access to my computer, proceeded to correct or eliminate the problem. She worked with my computer for at least 2 - 3 hours. I am very pleased with the results. The money was well spent. My computer responds much quicker, and just performs, overall, much better. I highly recommend Alexander Technical Resources.

Description of Work: I had problems with an invasive element that created commercial links on my sites. ATR went through all the issues I had and then cleaned up the drive and added some extra safeguards. This was not a virus, but it came in through a toolbar and would not go away. The service was on time, very pleasant and resolved the issue. Would recommend the service any time.

Description of Work: COULD NEVER CONNECT WITH THEM SO THEY COULD PERFORM THE SERVICE I PAID FOR!!! SO I PAID $80.00 AND GOT NOTHING IN RETURN!!
