My PC was experiencing symptoms which indicated issues with the Microsoft OS and possible viruses. For the initial check of my PC, I was on a conference call with Atlanta Technical Resources. The Technician connected into my PC and discussed what he has finding, in real time. I very much appreciated this attention to detail. Almost immediately, he discovered 2 obvious virus issues. Based on the other symptoms, the technician informed me that he would need about 2 hours to complete a the steps required to perform a thorough analysis, repair and testing of my system. In a little under 2 hours, the technician called me back to let me know that what he discovered (numerous viruses and registry issues) and the tools used to find and fix the issues. The technician, who was still remotely signed into my PC walked me through some steps on suggestions on other steps I could take to further secure my PC. The PC is now in perfect working order. The technical service as processional and thorough. I am very pleased with the result.

It didn't go that well. The woman who helped me really spent a lot of time trying to repair it, but admitted that she did not know too much about the situation as the virus was pretty new. We spent a day trying to get it to work and then she said I needed more services at additional cost. I had kind of lost confidence with her so I called the owner and said can we just stop now (even though my computer was pretty much useless at that point.) I called somebody else and they said to just reset to factory settings. That worked like a charm!

We found Alexander Technical Resources (ATR) through Angie's List and were a bit skeptical about remote access and remote repairs on our computer, but Thomas at ATR did an outstanding job for us. He went above and beyond the call of duty and got our computer humming like a sewing machine. It was money well spent and I did not have to lug my computer around town or have strangers in the house for 4 hours. I can definitely recommend ATR to you and I would not hesitate to use them again if it became necessary.

They just did what what they were supposed to do and I would use them again in the future if need be.

This is my third year using Atlanta Tech Services. As in past, they do a SPECTACULAR job. Donna contacted me right on time and got everything done within two hours and helped me troubleshoot other issues with my computer. First problem was the internet runs slow. She showed me that it was my ISP and not the computer. Second problem is pc freezing on boot up. This time it's probably a hardware issue and she gave me a couple of things to try before I call the vendor for repairs. Very helpful, very pleasant to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I will use ATS to do a tuneup on my laptop too.

This is the Best company I have ever done business with. I received a phone call the same day I purchased this service and and email confirming everything. Then another phone call the next day to set up the appt. with the Tech. They gave me a lot of choices as to day and time and just wanted to be sure that I would be up at 8:00 as it would be a lot later in Georgia .. ;) . That's right, I went all the way to Georgia from California to get my computer fixed and gosh! I almost can't wait to do this again! .. So Computer straightened out along with things explained to me along the way AND a file to keep that shows me how to fix some things myself. Plus recommendations that I have come to value. I love this remote computer service. Donna Vogler is the best tech in the world and Spencer Alexander has doing business down. His phone call and follow up phone call AND the email was so attentive that I felt safe. Meeting Donna was also so very very helpful. I'm not kidding when I say I can't wait until We can do business again.

I called and made an appointment. They called back and the process started. My only surprise was that I had specifically told them its a Mac but then when they called they seemed surprised to find that out! The process in total took less than an hour.

This company is based in Atlanta and I knew that they could not provide service on-site. That is why I explained my problem in detail via e-mail (updating windows on a computer that had not been used in several years) before committing to purchase the service. ATS gave conflicting answers before stating this problem could be fixed remotely. When ATS was unable to do so, the ATS representative told me I could get my money back. When I requested reimbursement, however, ATS resisted and I needed to contact the Angie's List complaint department, which got me my money back. That is why I would not use ATS again.

I purchased this for my father. Donna was the tech who explained everything to me before during, and after the cleanup. She understood that I was not at all tech savy myself, but was still extremely patient and simplified things for me in understanding the whole process. she also assured me that I could contact her if there were any questions. It took several hours, and my father was once again able to use his computer.

Very helpful and performed her duties well.

They did an excellent job of restoring my computer to full service and speed and eliminated glitches.

Everything went well, but my computer is very old and it was recommended that it is time to upgrade.

A waste of my time and $59.00 - to be told in a matter of minutes that he couldn't help with my laptop problem.

The experience working with ATR and Donna could not have been easier. Her call was on time. She was easy to work with, provided exact information about the process and was very thorough. the time estimated for the process was accurate. Donna is a very caring and knowledgeable woman who makes dealing with a stranger as comfortable as dealing with a friend. I would highly recommend her and the company to anyone needing a computer tune up.

It just went fine and no problems working with Alexander Technical Resources. When I called for an appointment for the service requested it was handled very promptly.. My Computer is working so much better and faster.it feels so good to have an experienced professional technician handle all my computer needs. I would recommend this service to anyone who may need a professional technician to service their Computer

Donna called me at the agreed upon time and we talked to find out the problems. She immediately scanned the computer (she was on remote), saw the problems and proceeded to work through each one. There were times when I was not on the computer with her while she worked. I am not a computer whiz so she explained what she was doing and why it needed to be done. She installed a virus checker so I would not get into the same fix again. She was extremely patient! I was very pleased with the outcome and will use them again as well as tell others about my experience. I spoke with Spencer first who responded to my search for someone to repair my computer. I had been the victim of a spam call. I had called HP for computer support but the call was somehow rerouted to a hacker who proceeded to treat me with disrespect and was apparently installing malware as we spoke. I finally hung up on him. By this time I was mistrustful of anyone connected with computers. Spencer put my mind at ease, helping me to believe I was at a good place. Donna did the follow-up work the day after.

I ended up not using this provider. Bought a new computer instead.

Many matters resolved but couldn't resolve Google Chrome problems.

It went great. He even delivered a hard drive to me when he was in the area! I would certainly use him again.

Extremely professional, completely dedicated to my satisfaction, outstanding job in repairing my computer. Rarely will you find a company as dedicated to your satisfaction the way Technical Resources is, they say that they are there for you and they absolutely live up to that claim 100%. I would not even consider utilizing some other business should I have a problem in the future.

The technician remotely worked on my PC for a couple of hours then said it was finished. The next day my printer did not work so I called the technician and was given a few suggestions for how to correct the problem. None of these ideas worked and when I asked for more help, I did not hear from her again. I had to figure out how to get my printer working again. One of the issues I told the technician about before she began working on my PC was that my system restore had not worked last time I tried to use it. She told me it should work again after she cleaned up some corrupt files. Two months after the service I tried the system restore and it still did not work. This disappointing experience cost me $99 and I will not use this company again

I set up an apt for the AFTERNOON the morning I called them. They did exactly what they said they would do. It was done remotely and was painless for this computer illiterate. My computer workw great now. They cleaned out some things I don't need and a bunch of malware. I am completely satisfied and would recommend them. They were in the U S and spoke so that I could understand them. Thank you Angie's list for the great bargain.

It went swimmingly well. Donna was very helpful in explaining everything and called me when all was done. She also mentioned that should I have future issues I should feel free to call.

The lady I spent appr. 3 hours in total was very professional. I had the "feeling" that she was working with several Customers at the same time she was working with me. She deleted several files that she felt might be causing the problem. I feel she tried hard to fix the problem, but at the end of the three hours, my laptop worked exactly the same as when we started the process. She advised obtaining the original recovery discs. I finally was able to get them, but they weren't required. Real problem was found easily be a local (1 man) repair shop.

Donna Vogler was my technician. She was on time, professional, very, very, knowledgeable and just a nice person to communicate with. The complete procedure was explained to me. I could watch what she was doing while taking over my computer. All of my questions were answered, and were at my level, for understanding computer language All issues seem to be fixed or deleted. The cost was phenomenal to clean up my computer issues. A+ for Donna and A+ for Alexander Technical Resources
