very bad he was rude,, bait and switch

I purchased package and was contacted by Spencer the owner and an Appointment time that would work best for my schedule was made. This couldn't have been an easier process!!!

It has been 18 months and my computer is still working perfectly. I'm very happy with the service I received.

I wasn't happy and I will never use them again. They were not very aggressive about getting to me or asking me if everything is alright. I never heard from them again. You wouldn't go back to an organization like that. I didn't get what I expect to get for $99. I was suspicious of their services.

Easy, understandable, didn't hurt at all...not eveny pocketbook.

They did a good job. I thought the price was very reasonable.

Went great. Donna was very friendly and helpful. In addition to greatly speeding up my laptop, she gave some tips and recommendations on anti-virus software and other steps I could take to keep it running well in the future.

They did a pretty good job for the big deal service from Alexander Technical Resources for the computer tune up. There were certain things that they could not do but it is fine. They were good. They accessed my computer and I am not sure if it was worth 100 dollars, I don't know. I would not use them again. I would take it to a computer shop and do the repair myself there. There are certain issues that they could not resolve. The computer was slow, still slow. They did a pretty good cleaning but it did not speed up my computer. I did have to take it to a computer shop and spend another 100 dollars to speed up the computer. It probably was hardware or something that they cannot do it online. It is online computer service and it is a totally different set up. It didn't take too long for the service after the big deal purchase, I think in 2 or 3 days they did the service. I would grade them satisfactory. My interactions with the company were very nice, they were very helpful. There were some issues that they could not resolve.

It was ok. The provider does this remotely so you never see anyone.

My computer runs faster, however now internet explorer inexplicably stops working several times a day. So I need to call back; just haven't had time.

Company very flexible with scheduling. Once it began, the technician explained what they were doing and why computer was slowing down. As she worked she kept me informed. The computer has gotten faster and I thank this company. I would use them again.

They remotely accessed my computer with my permission and cleaned up all my issues causing slowness. They even added a defragging software that I still use today. Great job!

Timely and efficiently completed the work

I made the mistake of clicking where I should have known better and I knew immediately that I my desktop had been infected. I tried to use "restore", but that would not undo the demon that had appeared. My regular computer repair person was on vacation so I decided to see what I could find on Angie's List. My brother had told me about his repair person helping him online so I thought I would give it a try. I got a call back about 30 minutes after I called and left my name and number. An appointment was made at my convenience for 9:30 this morning. Donna V called soon after 9:30 and had me open an attachment on my email. With this I was able to give her permission to see my computer screen. I could follow her arrow and see what actions she was taking to accomplish the job that needed to be done. I did not stay on the phone, but I could have "chatted" by written word had I needed to. She had to call me back once when our computers got disconnected. Otherwise everything went smoothly. After about 3 hours she called and wrapped up the session, we said our good-byes and she clicked her arrow to close her access to my computer screen. It was a job well done. I will request Donna the next time I need help. I hope that she will be available.

It went very well. I liked working with him and I will definitely work with him again. I just paid the $99 big deal. It’s very easy to schedule and it’s easy for them to know what they needed to do. They keep me updated and they contacted me and told me what was going on. I had a question, a follow question afterwards and they got back to me. They were very responsive. I thought they were professional from the time they answered my call to getting back to you for an appointment. They confirmed before the appointment that everything was set to go.

It went very well. Most of the time was just allowing the programs to run. The gentleman that handled my service call was very professional and guided me throughout the process, by letting me know how long a particular program was going to run, allowing me to walk away and work on other things. Well worth the money and will will allow me to squeeze a few more years out of my laptop before I feel the need to upgrade.

This is the second time I have used this company and I have been totally satisfied each time. Both times, I engaged their services because my laptop computer was running very sluggishly and I suspected it was infected with malware/viruses. They did a great job in July of 2014 and again a year later in July 2015. The technician (a different person than last year; both were quite good) was perfectly prompt, efficient, and professional in cleaning out unneeded items, scanning everything very thoroughly, and returning my computer to a much faster processing speed without compromising any of its features or any of my documents, files, saved passwords, and other items. I'm very pleased with this company.

Spencer called right on time and worked remotely on the machine for a couple of hours fixing all sorts of problems and helped re-organize the computer. It works much faster now and I knew what to do to keep it working well in the future. Super nice and patient in explaining how things worked.

I called them up to do it again. They said they couldn't do it. It was one to a customer. They did a good job. They didn't come out, it's over the phone. They did it through the internet. The price was great. It came to be fine. I don;t know whether they cleaned everything up or not. I tried to use them again.

ATR spent approximately 2-3 hours performing computer scans, file cleanup, setting and configuration adjustments, etc. ?I did see some improvements initially but not all of my issues were resolved, which I was hoping the tune-up would do. ?Within?a couple of weeks or so of the service, I was having the same issues that I started out with, of which some of those seemed to have been resolved after the tune-up. ?Now my computer is slower and my all of my?issues still persist. One of the most disconcerting things is that I emailed the technician, who was very pleasant and knowledgeable, advising her that I was still having issues but I never got a reply. ?I was not expecting to her fix the problems right then or for free but I was hoping she would provide some guidance but I never got a response. ?I am glad I only paid the discounted price, and not their full price for this service, or I would be upset.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Technician found MANY problems --- which turned out to be the fault of a previous tune-up technician from another firm. They spent an extra 2 hours+ over original time allotted without any extra charges.

Spencer logged onto my computer and spent several hours do a complete clean up. He made several suggestions on how to keep my computer from having future problems.

Spencer did an outstanding job tuning up our old computer. He is very professional and exceeded my expectations. He found many applications on my computer that not only slowed it down, but was probably causing many of the problems. I liked the fact that he didn't just delete things, but explained to me why and what he was doing. In addition, he explained to me how to get the best results from our computer and things to be careful with if we download anything. He got my computer working much faster and easier to use. I will definitely use them again when I get a newer computer and have them safely move the documents etc from my old computer to the new computer.

As much as we hoped this process would speed up" our computer, it really did not make much difference. The person seemed very knowledgeable and helpful--and we were hopeful that everything she did would help. But alas, if anything it was negligible. We're right where we were before we spent $99.00.
