Great experience

Alarm Monitoring Service of Atlanta Inc is better than other alarm companies. They called back in one second. They actually sent a serviceman out to add keypads and new sensors as part of their service. They have proven to me that they are a very conscientious company and really try to please their customers. Their price is a very low monthly payment.

I feel much safer knowing Alarm Monitoring is on the job. If my alarm goes off they call promptly and are very professional and friendly and never once have I had a problem with my service. They are definitely an A Plus company.

Having already researched a couple of other companies, we moved straight from the estimate into commiting to the work (same day, same person), it took about half a day. We found them not too messy, pleasant, knowledable, considerate with the cats in our household, and overall an easy expereince

Alarm Monitoring Service of Atlanta Incorporated does a great job of responding. They are very fast. I got the call within 40 seconds when my alarm went off. The personnel are very professional and courteous. They don't hire subcontractors to do their work. I very much appreciate this service. I pay them monthly and their price is the lowest I've found.

I have really been using this company for about ten years now. This just happens to be my most recent experience with them. When I called them, they came out promptly and fixed the system with no problems. After they fixed it, I still had this beeping noise, so I called them back. It was not a problem; I just did not want that feature activated. No one had to come out they did it all over the phone. They are really good because when we have set the system off, they have always called us within seconds. I pay them a reasonable annual fee, but you can also pay monthly if you would like.

They were very professional and delivered great service. Great service. The technician arrived on time, explained everything, and was very patient. The service so far is excellent, when I have accidental set of the alarm, they have a very quick response. I will be recommending them to friends.

$12.95 is if you sign a three year contract. Otherwise their charges are same as the big guys. In the initial estimate we were not told that a alarm filter is also required. The company charged us $35 for the filter, which was $20 on-line. The billing had some errors and we had to haggle a lot with the owner himself to correct it. In my opinion, people should be little cautious while dealing with this company. Please negotiate all costs before installation. Their biggest advantage is the low monthly rate.

Kudos to Alarm Monitoring! A friend had recommended them and Angies List confirmed this was a security company I wanted to switch to. The salesman and technician were professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. There were no surprise fees, even after the technician had to spend additional time working on my system due to its age. (I have an old alarm system that is no longer manufactured). Unlike my prior security company, there was no pressure to upgrade my system - just an explanation of how it works, other options and their cost. The $12.95 a month is the best deal out there. It is a three year agreement but they do have different plans and the service is transferable. I really appreciated their low-key but completely professional approach. Highly recommended!

Everyone was very responsive and calls were returned promptly. The salesman explained everything well, and answered all of our questions. The installation was quick, and the installer cleaned up after himself.

Representative was good. I had some issue with billing where I sent my payment for a 3-month period and it wasn't credited and I wasn't notified until my next payment for 3-months was returned with a post-it saying my serivce was discontinued and account turned over to a collection agency. I called to resovle and the women I spoke to would not discuss, cut me off and told me to pay the collection agency. It was a simple problem that could have easily been resolved but they were unwilling.

The company had tried its best to schedule its appoint with me before I left out of town. I was really impressed with the installer actually offering to change my phone lines in my house to be used off of my Vonage modem. Instead of having the two phones directly connected into the modem, now the whole house uses the modem.

Alarm Monitoring Service of Atlanta came out and reconfigured my system in no time. The bigger company took much longer. The best part is that AMS of Atlanta is charging me $142.45 per year whereas the bigger company was charging $395.88 for the same service. The bigger company is a huge company with serious network communication flaws. The experience with them was nothing short of horrible - it took two solid months to close my account! AMS of Atlanta is a local company and doesn't seem to have the problems the bigger company does. Although it may be too early to tell, I am confident they will do an excellent job. Nice people, fast service and a MUCH better price - and no headaches from a huge company where the right hand never knows what the left hand is up to!
