They contacted me within a couple of days and we got the service scheduled. The technician who came was training a commercial service guy. (So he is accustomed to commercial, not residential work) So he placed all my vents back so that they were facing the wall instead of blowing into the room. I pointed that out, and they got them fixed. But it was a bit aggravating. However I would use them again though. When they came they installed a unit to help prevent mold in my ducts at an additional charge. I wrote them a check for the $149 deal plus the extra unit. They called me right away to let me know that I had already paid the $149 through Angies List and they would credit me in any way I needed. I appreciated their quick thinking and honesty. I marked quality of work N/A because of the issue with the vents. However the cleaning of the ducts would be an A.

Mohamed and Kevin did very good job. (Mohamed also did a tuneup of our 2 furnaces few weeks earlier and we were very happy with his work.) They arrived on time and cleaned everything thoroughly. We ended up paying a little more only because we had more then 12 vents in our house. They are truly professionals and I will recommend them to everyone.

I desired to have my duct work cleaned via rotary brush however 5 Seasons Mechanical uses a different method. They were courteous, helpful and very pleasant to deal with as I decided to forego their services. Check www.epa.gov for best-practices on air duct cleaning.

Mohamed checked and cleaned 2 furnaces. He was very polite, knowledgeable. We will definately use his service again.

I was very impressed with the two young men who performed this service for us. They were serious, polite, diligent, and professional. They answered all our questions, they showed us what they had removed, and they were careful about protecting carpets and not damaging anything with their equipment. I recommend this company to others and will use them again in the future.

They were really good! The price was great! They are honest and knowledgeable. They educate you on your furnace! They are great with their communication, as I was late and they called me to make sure they could get started. I would highly recommend their services!

My experience with 5 Seasons Mechanical was great from the first call. I was referred to Alex, who answered all my questions (and I had a bunch of them). He was very professional and accommodating. The day of the service they showed up at the agreed upon time. The services were completed within the estimated time. Total cost was the amount quoted. They did an excellent job and took the time to explain everything to me. Will definitely call them again next time!! Thanks Alex!!!

I cannot say enough good things about these folks. Not only did they get to us very promptly (within 2-3 days), but they did an outstanding job, explaining everything they were doing and completely answering our questions. They even wore shoe protectors even though the remodeling had not been completely cleaned up yet. They were here for about 4 hours and did a very complete job. A few days afterwards, when I was shifting all the furniture around, I uncovered a vent that had been completely covered by a cabinet--my husband had missed it entirely when he was showing the guys where the vents were. I would've just passed it off, but when I checked it out, it was full of old Christmas tree needles. Very reluctantly, I called the office and explained what I truly felt was a problem on our part. Even though we had been given a great price for the extensive service we received, the manager said that if even one vent was missed, they had not completed the job. They were back out in 2 days to take care of it. I will never use anyone else again. The best part? When my daughter and her 2 little girls came to visit, she exclaimed, "Mom! It doesn't have that awful old smell anymore!" Case closed.

I bought a Angie's big deal for duct cleaning at $149. The company promptly contacted me, arranged the service date and time, showed up as scheduled, did the work with little or no disruption. Excellent.

The service was suppose to come with 1 pound of refrigerant which they did not provide. Stated that the system needed 6 pounds and it wouldn't make any sense to add one pound if I wasn't paying for the additional 5 pounds. The technician did not speak English fluently and stayed in their service vehicle on the phone the majority of the time. I waited a week for them to come out after being rescheduled twice. I made a Saturday appointment only to be called by the companies owner stating that their dispatcher wasn't clear that they did not do Saturday appointments and that I would have to reschedule for a later date. His reason for not honoring the appointment I had scheduled was due to the fact that his employees worked hard through the week and he didn't want to run them on the weekend. This is absolutely absurd. Their final recommendation was a new unit that they couldn't give me any pricing on over the phone. Also after inquiring about repairing the current unit they have yet to be able to provide an estimate for that.

The guy who did the work called in advance and showed up on time. He was careful to not track dirt in the house and put on booties over his work boots. He told us what he would be doing and about how long it would take. He seemed very conscientious about the work and explained everything and we were very happy with the job.

Alex called 30 minutes before arrival and arrive my house on the time as promised. He explained to me the jobs in details after inspected A/C unit. Then, his staff started cleaning evaporator coil, motor blower, and get sanitized. Also, they did extra work: tune up on air handler and replaced a missing filter. We are very happy about their work!

5 Seasons was able to quickly identify all problems I had with my duct system as well as prove to me that the problems existed. Apparently my previous provider was not only incompetent, but the actually put holes in my duct work and did not properly repair them! 5 seasons repaired a problem that was actually costing me money every month. It was real peace of mind to know that I finally found someone reputable and competent. Will I do business with them again? In a heartbeat!

Five Seasons Mechanical called me within two days of purchase, just as their ad stated. They called me to set up an appointment, and called me the day of the appointment to let me know they were on their way. They arrived on time, were professionally dressed, and wasted no time in checking the furnaces. They were polite and very accommodating. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Guys were professional - did a good job. They put down drop cloths to ensure they didn't damage our new carpet, and cleaned up behind themselves. Would have been nice to see before and after images or something comparable.... but other than that they were great. Will use them again.

It was a great experience working with 5 Seasons Mechanical. On September 25, Adam ( owner) and Erickson answered our call for a proposal. They checked out our home and then we sat down for the discussion. I told them the brand I wanted and that I wanted a humidifier, an air cleaner, a no programmable thermostat and efficient heating and cooling in our kitchen. We told them that we had our A/C serviced ( not by 5 Seasons) and we were told there was a leak and had to have 4.5 gallons of a cooling agent added and that hopefully it will last through the rest of the summer. It worked every time we used it which thankfully wasn't much. The a/c and the furnace were each about 19 years old which is a good lifespan. So, after much research, I found that it's best to replace them at the same time. Adam sent a crew on our chosen date of October 7th in the morning. The crew needed access to both our basement and back yard. They worked all day taking the old furnace and a/c out and away and installed the new equipment. They cleaned the ducts which was great because we had never had it done and we have a dog. ( We bought the house in 2008.) The cleaner moved the furniture he had to so the returns would be available for him. He also cleaned all the grills on the returns. He cleaned up and put all the furniture back. A team returned on Tuesday morning, October 8th to redo some duct work in the basement. They installed the air cleaner and the humidifier. They finished and cleaned up everything. They were very clean, wearing booties over their shoes. Adam answered all of my questions, no matter how silly they were. Adam suggested a pipe be rerouted to assist with the temperature of the kitchen. They were very reliable and I would hire them again if needed. They were very efficient, prompt and helpful. We wanted a no program thermostat cause I'm home all of the time. The programmable just didn't work for us. I went into detail because one of the Angie's List readers said that they wished the details were better as far as brands and models that were used. Adam gave me info on the filter and how often to change it and when. The estimate was right on. They do offer financing. Our house is about 1800 square feet upstairs with a full unfinished basement Thank you 5 Seasons Mechanical for doing a great job! You have an awesome crew!

They had an offer on the internet and was good for a year and was online for over a week. When I was trying to order it and went back it had disappeared. I called them and they said they pulled it. They then said they could do the work but it was going to more that the coupon so I chose not to go with them.

Mohammad was great. I really appreciated the great communication. I especially loved the service technician who came out he was honest, professional and knowledgable! I would highly recommend Mohammad and his team. I will never use any other company for my heating and A/C needs!

Our service experience with 5 Seasons Mechanical was top notch and we now recommend them to all our neighbors and friends. We were directed to 5 Seasons by an Angie's representative after another vendor left us waiting with no response to schedule service. With 5 Seasons, we received a nice and professional call from Muhammad to schedule service, a call the day before to confirm the service, and then a call afterward to ensure we were happy. Alex was the job manager and he was extremely personable and clear that he wanted everything done the right way and to our satisfacton. He made recommendations based on condition of the HVAC systems but was clearly advising and not selling. The crew put down drop cloths, wore booties over their shoes. I really can't say enough of the service we received ... it is very obvious when a company and it's employees believe in the service they provide. Highly recommended!

We have nothing but good things to say about 5 Seasons. They were outstanding in every phase of their operation starting with a very prompt call-back after I purchased the duct cleaning through Angie?s List. I was absolutely amazed that the 5 Seasons scheduler was able to fit us in the very next day. Our appointment was for 2 pm and at 1:50 the supervisor, Alex, arrived for a walk-through of the house followed by the two technicians, Wes and his brother Zach, right on time at 2 pm. Alex stayed to help with the initial setup and the entire crew was very courteous, professional, and obviously knowledgeable. They provided several good recommendations while they worked and were a joy to be around. We especially appreciated how careful they were to always wear shoe coverings inside our home and to keep the areas in which they were working clean. We could not be more pleased with their work and would highly recommend this company for anyone in the metro Atlanta area with duct and dryer vent cleaning needs.

It went extremely well. Mohamed explained in detail the process of air duct cleaning and pricing. When I purchased the air duct & dryer vent cleaning service from Angie's List, the Rapid Connect worked beautifully. I heard from Mohamed moments later and we scheduled a team to be at my house within 3 days. The supervisor Alex accompanied the team and took before & after photos which they later shared with me via email. Alex was also very helpful in explaining the process and offered tips on how to preserve the sanitation longer by using ultra lighting -- which he offered to install once I purchased the ultra lights. The crew was friendly, and professional, performing their tasks with minimum interruption to our home routine. I am very pleased with 5 Seasons Mechanical both in quality of work, professionalism and economy of pricing. I will definitely use them again for all my duct work.

I called on Saturday and talked to Mohamed. He was ready to head to my house that afternoon, but nobody was home, so we scheduled for Sunday. I received a quote that afternoon and the work was done on Monday. I received before and after pictures. I couldn`t have asked for better service. They even serviced my other unit for free. They were polite, punctual, and professional. I will certainly use them again. Thanks, again.

The crew arrived on the scheduled day and time (2-men crew + technical manager/supervisor). They were VERY careful in properly removing all grills and registers, and deep cleaning the ducts and air handling units (we have two units, one for each floor). The cleaning included an inner cleaning and sanitizing of the air handling units (including the coils). Work was completed on time same day, and because of the professional machines used, no damage or dirt was visible in the house after they were done. Everything was put back in place, and you could feel (smell !) the difference the moment we got into the house. I highly recommend 5seasonsmechanical for duct and air handling unit cleaning (they also did other HV/AC work around the house including the installation of additional air filtration system, and a dehumidifier in the crawlspace).
