Bad experience, workers were often late, or cancelled appointments. Promise free vent cleaning due to delays, and never came through with promise. Salesman very aggressive and pushy about selling additional products. "If you don't have X done, you can have many problems in future." Scare tactics. I would not use this company again or recommend to anyone.

They were very clean and left no dirt or dust. They were very professional.

Our old HVAC stops heating about every other year. This December was another bout. We contacted multiple vendors via Angie's List, as I always do. "5 Season Mechanical" was the first who's responded. Although their visit charge, $105, is on the higher side, compared to $79 of the second bidder, we decided to give the job to them because they were the first, and have no regret. They called and initially were trying to see if we were ready to buy another furnace, but once they found out we weren't, they abandoned sale mode and were very helpful with scheduling the technician for the next day. Technician was very nice, attentive, professional, and patient with all our questions. He resolved the problem quickly and explained everything he did. We couldn't be happier and would gladly use "5 Season Mechanical" in the future, and recommend to everyone.

5 Seasons Mechanical provided professional and courteous service for my family. Showing up at the appointed time, communicating before during and after the process. The techs were friendly and polite toward my family, respectful of my home and completed the job on time.

It didn't go well. I had an air handler that was sweating under the house. The tech said the unit was way over sized. He called the other people in his company. They said that it needed to be replaced and would do anything to fix it. The unit was less that 4 years old. I had Coolray look at it. They sent a tech and a energy specialist. They said that the unit was about a 1/2 ton over sized but based on the age of the home 110 years they didn't feel that was the issue. He checked the pressure of the system the temp differences in the vents and returns, looked at the input and output of the system. They said it was a poor install and that it needed new return and exit boxes plus a pump for the drain due to slope. So instead of selling me a $5,000 unit they fixed it for less that $700. It's been about two weeks and the unit is not sweating and working great.

initially, I was contacted about sending someone out to view the house that I ordered the AC for. even on the phone they were telling me that I was going to need more than a 2500 AC that I ordered, even up to 10K for duct work and a furnace, etc. I told them I have both already and was only interested in AC. They sent someone to the site to inspect and then he gave me a non-itemized final estimate which was 8,000 (minus prepaid and big deal discount, I still owed 3K). I told them I only wanted the AC from them and nothing else but they have yet to get back in touch and itemize the cost or indicate that they will only do the work I paid for. I can't seem to coordinate them with other workers on site and they are pretty driven to sell me much more than I want from them. in the meantime, I have had better offers so I don't want to engage this company anymore.

Overall, it went ok. We actually had them also replace our system. I priced around and their pricing was the best of 4 other companies. The work they did took about 2.5 days start to finish. Everything has held up fine since they did the work. There were no issues with scheduling -- it was really easy. The technicians were great but the owner was a bit curt, I think perhaps because of the good price I got.

They have been very helpful and cooperative in terms of scheduling. I had to postpone the service due to a conflict and they were able to schedule me again with no problems.

It went well. The technician was professional and friendly. They did it in a timely manner and were good with communicating with me about this. Great experience. Would recommend them.

We had 2 systems so it was $349 for each. The price was great however, when the 2 men removed the vents in the ceiling they did not screwed them back in. If I had not noticed a loose vent could have injured someone in my home. I had to call them back to have them tighten the screws in them. The 2 men seemed to be in rush, because even after going through a second time, I had to have to them still tighten the ones they missed for a third go around. Disappointing and quite potentially dangerous possibly resulting in a law suit.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. I paid about $120 over the price of the deal to clean the rest of the ducts that were not included in the Big Deal. I did not expect this cost. I have never used this company before. They were convenient.

They were wonderful. They were very professional, showed up on time, did the work, and cleaned up after themselves.

I want to compliment 5 Seasons Mechanical for standing behind their work. The first unit that was installed had some mechanical problems and, after several return visits, they replaced the unit with a new one. I also received a call from the owner to assure me that the problem would be solved no matter what it took - and that's just what they did. Special thanks to Roy for doing a great job with a great attitude.

However after talking to the tech on the phone he advise a service call as the unit was not working properly.

Scheduling was prompt; they were out within the week of us purchasing the deal. They did a fine job. They suggested other things that needed to be done like most providers do when you purchase the big deals. They said they thought we had mold in our unit but could not confirm it, we paid extra to have them clean out the mold.

One with the Angie's List coupon and the other for the same price. We were pleased with the job they did, but not with the mess that was left behind. However, they were very responsive to have someone come back out and take care of the vents that were left off and the pieces of plaster that fell from the areas where the vents were removed. Turns out that someone was being trained on this job and the supervisor was not very attentive in reviewing his progress. Also, we should have done a final inspection of the job with ths supervisor before they left. Make sure that you do this. We would use them again with a little more involvement on our end. They were always very professional and eager to take care of the problems promptly.

William did an excellence job on installing a new motor on the furnace in a short period of time. He was friendly, courtesy, and very professional. He also explained why my heater was not coming on and what needed to happen in simple terms for me to understand. After I purchased the coupon and contacted them, they came out the same day and finished the work in one day.

It was a good experience. They came in exactly on-time and did the job. They were polite as well. However, I thought there would be more follow-up after the job was done and they would explain what they did in detail, but they didn't do that. They just finished the job and took off.

As far as I know, everything went very well.

5 Seasons charged me an extra $100 to do the sanitizing on my deal. Other than that, I was satisfied with their service.

I was impressed with the caring and personal attention of the company management. An issue was encountered with breakage from the equipment, and the personal attention and desire to make sure they understood the problem and offer to ensure it was corrected to our satisfaction. They clearly went out of their way to make sure we were happy with their service. Great company that I would recommend.

The team was on time and professional. They explained to me the steps they would take to clean out all the vents on both floors. They also switched out the filters on both HVAC units.

The job went really well. The original date I had scheduled had to be rebooked due to a last minute scheduling conflict but the company went over and above to help me get my service. The guys who came to do the work were kind, professional and got right to work cleaning out our vents. They explained everything they did up front and completed the job leaving nothing behind. I would definitely use them again.
