Stated above.
Description of Work: Replacement of two side windows of entry door way. Made an estimate, got agreement, measured for the replacement glass and arranged for 3rd party glass company to order and replace the windows. All of the work was done very well. Received the bill one week later (today). Only concern was slow responses to emails where I was asking questions or status of project.

We were pleased to facilitate the change out of the two sidelite glass units for this customer. I did drop the ball on getting this small project going at the beginning in an expiditious way. My appologies for that. However, when i did get things going in the right direction everything happened in a reasonable period of time of approximately a week & a half including ordering & shipping time for the glass units.When the customer informed me that he would take care of the paint touch up, I credited the amount I had included in the job for that & asked our glass sub-contractor to handle the procurement & installation of the glass units which they did satisfactorally. If the price was not satisfactory, perhaps the customer should not have accepted the bid. It was not an unreasonable amount for the work performed.
