I called to schedule the service, the person I spoke to was very pleasant and professional. When the tech arrived he performed the inspection, and took the time to explain what he was doing. He was very professional and courteous. I was very impressed with this company and plan to use them again.

Project is finishing off our basement that was not ventilated. Rex came to consult and got back to us in two days with their recommendation and estimate to use our existing HVAC with zones and efficient placement of new vents and intake. The work was done a week later, Ted and Tony were very professional. The work was finished in a day. Communication, scheduling, and cost were excellent. They sent someone the same day to make some adjustments when there was a problem with one of the vent zones. They made allowances for other services that are coming to finish off the basement (electric, ceiling, drywall, etc.)

They are very good. They are very experienced. They have been in business since 1945, I believe. It is a family business, and the new owner is the daughter of the old owner. They are experienced with many kinds of heating and air conditioning. The first time I used them, they installed a lake heat exchanger. There probably aren't many companies that look at something like that. Then, I got just a regular gas/electric hearing/air conditioning now. I had a problem with one technician that got too much pressure in my air conditioning system, and the next technician that came out caught it. They let me request the same technician, which is what I do. They are very skilled people with lots of years of experience. I think they are very economical for what they do. They don't just turn up the thermostat, they see if the heat is working and check everything. They check all the pressures, fix what needs to be maintained, and part of the fee that I pay includes injected a nominal amount of gas coolant and any repair that may be required. I like them. Their price is good for what they do and what I know they do. They come out right away, within couple days.

I've used Stanfield since 1987. At that time I was replacing a furnace and air conditioner. Stanfield was the only service that measured ducts and did the arithmetic to discover the precise sized unit I needed. 24 years later I replaced that furnace and, again, the experience was great. Highly recommended.

came to check heat pump. forgot their leak detector at office. put in freon anyway. by monday freon was gone. replace a line, put more freon in. charged money. Thirty days later, after minimal use, freon gone again. now tells us we need a brand new heat pump and won't even credit us the money we've already paid. And charged us for this information. will never use this company again.

Heater stopped working. Service Tech determined within minutes that it was the igniter for the gas. Within 20 minutes the system was working again. Got my bill and the house was warm again. Seems a bit expensive ($70.00 for the visit and $170.00 for the part) but then what do I know about heater parts.

They are knowledgeable and give good high quality service.

I have used Stanfield for about five years. They replaced the downstairs A/C system last week and did a very good job. The service representatives that did the work were prompt, polite, and professional. They completed the job in one day, as promised, even though they had to stay late to do so. The office staff has always been reliable to their word. I recommend them in this area.
