They come out twice a year for the 3 or 4 years. They installed the units I have now. I have an annual plan.

It went well, all things considered. Some damage was done to the attic entrance when they removed the old system, and they assured me they'd send a carpenter over to repair the damage at no cost to me. The only problem is that it has been nearly a month and a half, and I've called the carpenter a couple of times and he doesn't return my calls. I consider this more of a problem with the carpenter than with Stanfield though.

We have a service contract with them for approx 12 years. They have been in business for a long time in my town. I think a lot of the company. I trust them and the owner does a lot for the community as far as helping people out with their heating and air systems. I like the fact that they give back to the community. They also caught something that could have been a carbon monoxide problem with something that happened from a roofing situation that created a problem with our heating and air. The technician found the problem so I feel like he kinda saved our lives. They do a good job and have well trained people. There are places that are cheaper but I don't see a need to change. They also found some problems with the initial installation of our system and corrected that.

I am impressed with their professionalism. I see their vans around town. They wear uniforms and are always very prompt. I tend to ask for the same person and they are fine with that.

Excellent! A technician came the next day and very quickly found the problem. He replaced the compressor start-up capacitor and offered us an annual service agreement that was immediately effective for a discount on the part, labor, and service call. We've been renewing it since (3 years). The technician comes out twice a year to check things out and installs a new filter at no charge at all. We live way out in the "boonies" and a technician lives in our area and he is the guy who always comes. He has worked for Stanfield for 14 years and I really like him. He knows his stuff! He is very professional and very friendly. We probably waste several minutes just talking. I will never call anyone else!

They're great and their price is competitive. They respond when we call, if we have a problem they come, and they remind us of their service calls. They're polite and friendly. They do their job and then leave.

I give them A's on everything. I have an annual contract with them. They are consistent, they send a woman out who is very detail orientated and pays close attention to detail. I am all for equal opportunity providers and like to give credit where credit should be given.

Stansfield has been taking care of my HVAC needs for 20 years now, and I have never had a complaint about their service. Their price was a little higher, but came with no-interest financing, which made it an overall winner for me.

Gas company inspected furnace and wrote a red tag on vent. Called Stanfield and came out next day made repairs, serviced furnace for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend Stanfield.

It went GREAT! Called before he came over. This was more than just a service call. I had a metallic noise [whistling vent he adjusted] We needed to have simple terms of how a heat pump works as we have never had them and now we have 2. Very professional and not all techie as he described how this new system works we understood. He checked out both systems inside and out and said they were new and in working order. I had 2 thermostats the builder said were easy to use...he fibbed! So our guy from Stanfield Air Systems understood what we wanted but only had one in his truck but went back to the shop to pick up another one and came back to finish our job. Over and above service here. We have always had spring/winter preventive maintenance contracts at our other houses and we love the ease of scheduled appointments to make sure everything is running correctly. Angie's list had this folks as A with a star an they deserve it. New to area and will have a Stanfiled Air Systems HVAC forever. Matt was the tech and he Exceeded our expectations.

They are a top-of-the-line company. Unlike other companies that I have used recently, this company is established and a large company. They aren't cheap, but they do know exactly what they are doing. There was a service problem that we had later on (there was a sensor in the system that shut the system down) and their response to correctly that issue in an efficient and cost-effective manner was excellent.

Wish I could remember the young man's name, he was very professional and helpful. I contacted the company by email and they immediately responded and set up an appointment and was on time and I have set up a maintenance agreement with them. The $170.00 amount is for an annual contract where they will inspect and service my system twice a year.

We've used Stanfield for some time now and have always been satisfied with their work. They're careful and competent in what they do. They clean up well after they complete their work, are courteous and dependable.

They are fantastic! It is a great company! It is also locally owned. They consult with you about your needs. They do a very extensive interview to make sure that what you purchase is going to work for the home that you are in! This company really looks after their customers and the products they put inside their home.

The experience has been fine. I have been using them for years. I am on a yearly contract, and they call to let me know when it is time to schedule, and I love that. They are very reliable, they are here on time, they are courteous, and the service is great. If there is a problem, they stay with it, until it is resolved. They will never leave you at the end of the work day if there is a problem, they will stay with you until it is resolved.

Modified duct to remove hard connections to supply and return. Used flex duct to connect. Level of air sound went from 55 dB to 40 dB. Unit is a heat pump that heats and cools a church auditorium. It was installed in 1989.

I was very impressed with Stanfield, from the first contact through helping me with paperwork for rebates. They have a lot of experience, qualified technicians, and responsive staff. No qualms about the quality of work at all. My only reservation comes on price. The following year, we replaced a second system, and I wish I had done more comparison shopping. We found smaller companies who quoted 20% under this company for the same equipment. I feel as if you can count on this company to do the work as promised. And they're likely to be around down the road. Still, I'm not sure the premium you pay is worth that assurance.

I liked the services of Stanfield Air Systems, they are good. They are great, they had the best prices and has always done a great job.

Great service and very honest approach--- the prices are a bit high but I felt that it was worth investing a bit more and actually getting a job well done.

This is our second system we've needed to replace in the last year, both times we have gone with Stanfield. The sales representative was nice, straightforward, and informative but not pushy. Of the different sales reps we got quotes from, he was the most honest and straightforward regarding where he considered the best return-on-investment was and did not push additional upgrades and services. Stanfield's price was also slightly above the lowest quoted price, but we went with them due to the good reviews online and the fact that we felt we could trust them to lead us right. Install went well. The previously purchased unit (last summer) did have one problem that cropped up this spring, but they came out and corrected the problem this spring. No problems with the new attic unit yet. Installation and repair staff seem to know their stuff well, and and have always treated us and our home respectfully and cleaned up before the left.
