Description of Work: Service tech Tony came to address a foul smell in a rental property I have. I was expecting to get an estimate then schedule whatever repairs were necessary. Oh no, Tony called for assistance and got to work that day! He said he'd finish it if he had to stay all night! I was so impressed with his professionalism, friendliness, and work ethic. Description of Work: I have used Sam for several years now and have always been very satisfied with his work. He is punctual, professional, reasonably priced, and does excellent work. He always does what he says he is going to do when he says that he is going to do it. I have yet to have a repeat call for anything that he has worked on. He has performed many jobs for us to include a remodel in a bathroom where all new fixtures were installed, cleaned a septic tank drain out, installed a new hot water heater, and repaired a leaking kitchen sink to name a few. All jobs were done to perfection.
