Russell was amazing! It was after hours when he came to save us. He was super knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The work he did is super clean and I trust that we won’t have any issues going forward.

I was told the appointment would be from 10-2, so I took time off from work, waited 25 minutes and no one showed up. I called to their office the first time 10 minutes after 10, they said the technician is on his way; then I waited another 15 minutes to make my second call, the lady on the phone said they made it very clearly when making the appointment they let customer know there’s a 4 hour window, meaning they could show up ANYTIME BETWEEN 10 AND 2! She also said it depends on where the technician was coming from, she wouldn’t know when he would arrive. I had to cancel the appointment, unbelievable.

Plumber Pro Service and Drain handled everything including researching the proper faucets to use, opening walls and ceilings where needed, and replacing pipes. The plumber who came to us was a gentleman named Russell Miller and he is top notch! The areas where he worked were left cleaner than he found them and in a matter of hours he transformed our access to outdoor water supplies from unworkable to optimal operation! We are having Plumber Pro Service and Drsin back to do more work and I recommend them very highly!

JEFF was the tech who came to my house. His professionalism really impressed me because he was determined to find the leak and fix it. It took awhile but he took care of it, and also informed us of a couple of things we should watch.

PlumberPro service was excellent in the replacement of our water heater. Josh and Ray were completely professional. They took away the old heater and installed its replacement in short order. We are thrilled to find a plumbing service that we will happily use again in the future!

Ahhhh, what a relief to get plumbing services from Plumbing Pros. We needed a large project done in our home in Athens, GA. I texted Sam Ivey and he responded immediately! On Christmas Day! That was on Friday. He had a professional plumber, Ethan Johnson, at our house on Monday to give us an estimate. We accepted his estimate and he began work the next day. The service was more complicated than he thought, but he did not change the estimate. He brought our 70 year old house up to code, restored water pressure in our kitchen, and ran new lines where necessary. PLUS, at our request, he replaced our 30 year old water heater at a reasonable cost. We had a slight misunderstanding on what day he would finish the job under the kitchen, but those things happen, and it was New Year's weekend. So far, we are delighted with Ethan's work and work ethic. We had called other plumbers who never even returned our call! I highly recommend Plumber Pros to anyone. Their customer service an communication skills are excellent!!

I didn't speak with them on the 1st visit so when they were going to come back for the 2nd visit there was some miscommunication about them coming back to finish the repair.

they recomended septic pumping and recommended Armour Septic & Well service who came out right away and fixed problem

Gavin did a quick and awesome job repairing my leaking toilet. I had already replaced the wax ring but it was still leaking, Gavin found the problem in less than a minute - it was rusty bolts in my tank. This toilet was not that old. I will hire this company again.

DJ and Evan was prompt and very polite and efficient. They started the job at 9:00 AM and worked non-stop until the job was finished at 7:00 PM. Very pleased with the company and will hire again when needed.

I was very impressed by the willingness of the workers to accommodate my wishes as much as possible. I now have a new water line that goes all the way from my house to the meter near the street, and they were so careful with the digging that the effect on my green lawn is as minimal as it could possibly be.
