Great experience. We had physically moved out of our house and were returning on a Saturday a week before closing to pack up all the boxes into pods. We needed the broken water dispenser to be assessed on Saturday while we were at the house. Mr. King was able to accommodate. He assessed the problem and was able to locate the needed part in Tampa. He called when the part came in a few days later and went by the house to fix it. Since we were no longer living town, we were able to pay him over the phone with a credit card. The whole thing was easy, we felt like he was very honest and plus he's just a nice guy.

Mr. King was very pleasant and extremely professional. He was very responsive and arrived when he said he would. I would definitely use his services again, if needed, and highly recommend him to Angie's List's other members. Although the total cost seemed a little high for an icemaker, it was still a reasonable price.

Great job. Moved into a fixer where wall oven did not work. Needed a new fan which was ordered, it would take about a week. He was scheduled to come by during the next week but got it on a Saturday and took the chance that I might be free that Sunday which I was. He came by and made the repair. Oven works great.

I feared our freezer was trying to fail because it seemed to be having trouble keeping things solidly frozen. King Appliance was responsive and professional. He came when he was expected and did a thorough job. After checking the freezer he explained that summer temperatures (the freezer in is in the garage) and too warm a freezer setting were conspiring against it. We needed to consider moving the freezer to a cooler location and definitely needed to set the temperature lower. He also recommended we cool the condenser with a house fan during the hottest part of the year. The freezer has had no issues after I followed his advice. I will definitely call King Appliance when I need repair in the future.

The repair would have cost over $200 and based on the age of the machine, I decided to buy a new washer. I was interested in a top loader and Mr. King took the time to answer my questions about the features and the pros and cons of washers with and without an agitator. Mr. King was professional, knowledgeable and gave good advice. I will not hesitate to call him again.

Mr. King came right on time and dignosed the problem right on time with my dishwasher. It was stopped up. He cleaned the strainer and made sure it ran. He also instructed me on how to properly load and run the dishwasher. It works just fine now. He is very knowledgable and prompt. He also replaced the filter on my refrigerator. He told me when to replace the filter and that was why the water had become cloudy. It is very important to replace the filter and so I learned from him. I can't say enough how pleased I am with his services and with Angie''s List for the referral.

The day my dishwasher door broke, I went to Angie's List and I found King Appliance. I called the office and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Mr. Lee King came. He's been in the business a long time and knows his stuff. He quickly and efficiently fixed the broken dishwasher door and pointed out some potential problems that may have existed since it was installed. He fixed those as well. He warned me what to expect if the door seals to leak in the future (the next likely problem) and checked to see the cost of the that part. It has been discontinued by the manufacturer, so I would need to replace the dishwasher if that happened. I appreciated his advice. My in-door ice-maker still worked, but the water dispenser had frozen several weeks earlier. Mr. King fixed that as well - with a heat gun! - carefully applied to the door. He also added a and quot;heaterand quot; to the dispenser to prevent it from freezing in the future. Mr King came when he said he would. He had the necessary repair parts in his truck. He knows what he is doing, and his prices seem to be fair. He is polite and happy to tell you what he is doing and why. I would hire him again in a heartbeat if I needed his service.

They said they do not service outside of the Athen's area. It was a very quick phone call. She was friendly.

Mr. King is prompt, professional, courteous, and most importantly, honest. His knowledge of appliances is up to date and his work solves the problem. We will use him for any appliance related problems we have in the future.

I called the company early in the afternoon and they offered me an appointment approx 2 hours later, for 4-6pm. The technician arrived around 5pm and stayed until after 6:30pm. He ultimately had to give up as the dryer's problem would not manifest itself reliably.

The repair person was very professional and friendly. He explained the necessary repairs and provide several options. He also carefully explained the cost per option.

King appliance was responsive and saw me within two days. King Appliance discovered that some recent electrical work (done by another company) was the culprit for the non functioning heat element; the other company had plugged the breaker in a the breaker box incorrectly! King fixed that and then determined that the timer was shot; had to order one, and four days later came out and replaced it. Dryer works fine. Very pleasant and professional personnel. I'll call on them for any future appliance breakdowns...

They are very responsive and reasonably priced.

He was on time. Did a good job, or so it seems so far. He was very helpful and informative. The whole thing took less than an hour, which was nice too.

After we discovered that the washing machine would not spin during the spin cycle, we called King's Appliance Service to get them to come out. A service tech came out the next day during the afternoon while I happened to be home. I helped him a little with moving the washing machine to a more accessible position. The tech spent about an hour diagnosing the problem and replacing the coupler.
