"I contacted Prestige Landscaping to install sod in my front yard. Horace came out promptly and gave what I thought was a fair price for the job. They came sooner than they said initially and did the job in just 3 days. Everything went well, and the sod looks fantastic. Horace was straightforward to work with and did everything he said he would do. He even helped set the sprinklers on a timer to keep the sod watered. His crew was very professional and considerate. Topsoil should go down first. If the topsoil is next to your house, make sure the grade slopes away from the house to keep water from pooling against your foundation and possibly leaking into your basement or crawl space.
