They did a great job and their price was always very good. When I asked them to quote this move, they were reasonable. I gave Usa fAmily Moivng a try and was extremely satisfied. The workers chose to use the stairs, instead of the elevator, because they thought it would be quicker. They were all very careful with my belongings and extremely easy to work with.

Movers were great. Informed me of the possibility of an earlier arrival time, which was great. When they arrived they got right to work and protected all my furniture before loading it on the truck. They made an effort to put my things in the correct rooms when we arrived and finished before the estimated time. Overall great experience.

My movers were amazing. I am definitely a customer for life. I have a huge sleeper sofa and it was tough to move. The guys worked extremely hard to get it into my apartment despite the weight and how difficult it was to move. None of my belongings were broken and the guys were very professional. They even came in under the quote they gave me.

The wardrobe they moved tipped over in the drive to my apartment, but told me about it right away and took some money off the price of the move. My moving team was wonderful from start to finish. Their arrival time was set to be between 8:30-9:00am and they arrived right at 8:30, which was great. They were courteous and thorough as well as very mindful of the time and cost. They even brought on a fourth guy without charge in order to help efficiency and stay as close to the lower end of the estimate as possible. They were great about asking questions and placing things exactly where I wanted them. All of my furniture was carefully wrapped and came through the move without a scratch.

I was nervous on realizing that a total stranger is going to drive my belongings to the new location on my move. In the end, I realized that I should not have worried at all.
