The technician arrived in scheduled time frame, after courtesy call giving 20 minute notice. He quickly determined the problem, called to order the part needed, and was able to get an estimate of cost within 15 minutes. Part was installed a week later by the same technician, efficiently and correctly. Technician was polite and professional.

Very good service, very polite. I called in the afternoon when my freezer was not working & they set up an appointment for the next morning. Jeff showed up on time & knew what was wrong. Repair took about 20 minutes from start to finish. They did add a trip charge of $45 onto the bill.

I discovered the dryer drum did not rotate as I was attempting to pack and go out of town. I called Sutton and was given a service date that would not work. I told the gentleman that I was going out of town, and he agreed to work me in. He called back immediately to say someone could come over then (I was not available), then scheduled for the next day instead at my request. The service technician came, fixed it, and left in short order. Very efficient, timely, and accommodating! It wasn't a big job, but they didn't put me on the back burner and I appreciate that.

The water filtration devices were successfully replaced and the refrigerator and ice maker are operational.

Jeffery arrived very promptly both days. He was very polite. He was able to diagnose the washer's problem promptly. The timer was broken and that is why the washer would not agitate, but would still rinse and spin. He said that the part would have to be ordered. He then listened to my description of the sounds that the dishwasher was making and after running the dishwasher and examining it internally, determined that the motor pump was going out. We also knew we needed a new latch for the dishwasher door. He said that all of that may cost us more than it would be worth to fix, so they would call me back from the office with an estimate on all parts and service and we could make a decision from there. We did decide that it was not worth it to fix the dishwasher, but we did have the clothes washer repaired. They came back out promptly when they said they would and did not charge for another service call, but only for parts and labor.

Technician called ahead and arrived on time. Charged only for the service call and the diagnostic work performed. Provided an estimate of the labor to repair, if I could obtain the part under warranty and will provide an accurate full cost estimate. To obtain the part and perform the repair should we decide, that the appliance is worth fixing. Excellent service, excellent advice, reasonable diagnostic charge. Have used Sutton's before and will use again either to perform this repair or the next.

The appointment was scheduled promptly, and they arrived on time and fixed the ice maker. They had pleasant service and a fair price.

Repairman showed up at the time scheduled, assessed the trouble and made arrangements for ordering parts and scheduled follow up call. Had part at shop, arranged to come the next day, showed up as scheduled, and completed repairs.

Tim Sutton confirmed the appointment and showed up on time. Both repairs were performed quickly and he advised how to prevent condensation in the freezer. Well done and clean.

Called to let us know they were on the way & showed up on time. Completed work quickly and for a reasonable price since it was a simple fix.

They were on time, courteous, and very professional. The repair took about 30 seconds but was well worth the $60 charge. I would definitely recommend them and use them next time.

Overall, I believe this was a professional service call. Handled in a timely matter, saving the customer money by having a good supply of parts on the truck. Also, the additional information about the machine being prone to this problem and that the manufacturer had discontinued making them because of it was certainly information I needed to know. I was able to verify his information by looking on the internet after he had left.

We were very pleased with the service. He seemed very knowledgeable and went right to the problem. He made some good recommendations about the use and maintenance of the units. I was especially pleased that he didn't try to sell me a bunch of unnecessary parts. He was prompt, efficient, and charged a reasonable fee, and i will certainly call him again. You should be aware that he charges a ''show-up'' fee of $45.00 in addition to his hourly rate, so you may want to accumulate minor problems before you call.

Repairman took the time to re-install the appliance properly. Repairman was on time. Repairman seemed knowledgeable regarding the appliances.

THEY WERE JUST GREAT. THEY CAME OUT WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME OUT. THEY REPAIRED IT QUICKLY. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL WORKERS. THE ICE MACHINE WAS MAKING A GRINDING NOISE, BUT THEY WERE ABLE TO MAKE IT SILENT AGAIN.

I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH EITHER APPLIANCE, AND THEY CAME IN AND FIGURED IT OUT. WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY MORE PROBLEMS WITH THOSE APPLIANCES SINCE. THEY FIXED BOTH IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME WITHOUT HAVING TO LEAVE OR ORDER MORE PARTS.

I FELT VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF. I'M A SINGLE MOM. THERE IS NO MAN AROUND THE HOUSE TO TAKE CARE OF THESE THINGS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THE OLD MACHINE HAD LEFT OIL ON THE FLOOR, AND THEY CLEANED UP THE FLOOR BEFORE THEY INSTALLED THE NEW ONE. I COULD WASH CLOTHES AS SOON AS THEY LEFT. THEY SAVED ME $45 TO ACTUALLY COME TO MY HOUSE TO VERIFY MY WASHING MACHINE WAS DEAD. THEY BROUGHT THE NEW REBUILT WASHER TO MY HOUSE AND INSTALLED IT. HE WAS VERY PICKY ABOUT HOW THE WASHER WAS INSTALLED.

They were very professional and quick. The labor is charged by the hour and they seemed to be concerned about doing their job as quickly as possible so that the cost stayed low.

He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and work me in the next day. He was extremely prompt, pleasant, and did a great job. At $66.00, it was also a bargain. The other company I called couldn't get to my house for a week, and wouldn't really discuss what the problem might be over the phone. There is no doubt that Sutton's is who I'll call the next time I need to have an appliance serviced.

I called them Friday around noon, and they came out the same day. Quality work, excellent service, I've known the owner since high school, and they are very trustworthy.

WAY BEYOND EXPECTATIONS. HE NOT ONLY FIXED THE PROBLEM BUT HE SHOWED ME HOW TO PREVENT IT IN THE FUTURE. ALSO SHOWED ME SOME ROUTINE MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES I HAD NOT BEEN TAKING AND HOW TO PERFORM THEM TO PROLONG THE LIFE OF THE APPLIANCE. PLAYED WITH MY TWO BULLDOGS ON THE FLOOR. HE CHARGED ME LESS THAN THE QUOTE OVER THE PHONE. I GUESS HE LIKES BULLDOGS!

EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT WITHOUT REQUIRING MAJOR WINDOW FOR AVAILABILITY, SERVICE PERFORMED ON TIME AND AS DESCRIBED. TRIP FEE IS CHARGED, BUT IS APPLIED AGAINST WORK DONE. WOULD CALL AGAIN FOR OTHER SERVICE AS NEEDED.
