Description of Work: I was having problems with my refrigerator. They were very responsive and checked everything out. Provided reco to use warranty service since it was under warranty. Very honest. Will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: This is the third time out for my in-door ice maker. They keep replacing parts and this time didn't charge for more parts. Hopefully this will work. If not they said just call them again.

Description of Work: Called to repair ice maker in refrig. took 3 call backs to try to fix it with no good results...which means that I had to stay home and wait for someone to try on more than one occasion. On the third (I think it was the third, might have been the fourth) call was told that I might need an expensive new part, cost over 100 plus instlation, which I purchased...it was installed and discovered that that it did not solve the problem, so the old part was reinstalledand the replacement part sits in a box on the top of the frige.. They eventually sent someone who was capable to make the repair, which he did in about 5 minutes with a hair dryer. So I called to try tp return the unnecessary part which they installed and then uninstalled. They flatly refused, and then said that they would reinstall the part if I was willing to pay for the installation...which is like adding insult to injury. I guess I am going to have to sue then to get a judicial order to get them to refund the cost of the unnecessary part.

Description of Work: had to replace the push on button on our advantium microwave. They were courteous and knowledgeable about the microwave. They had to order the part and told me the cost of the part and trip fee. I had been told the cost of everything to see if I still wanted to go forward with. No surprises. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Fridge cooling had deteriorated. Serviceman detected icing up behind panel in freezing compartment. He defrosted it and explained how cooling works and predicted it would happen again in 6-12 months, suggesting we may want to look for new fridge in coming months.
