Description of Work: Kevin came out the next day to do our work. He was fast to respond. He was upfront about pricing. He was very thorough in explaining the work and working to overcome some obstacles with access to some of the stumps. Very professional.

Description of Work: "Stumpy" was very personable. He was puntual, professional and provided excellent service. I needed 3 stumps ground. In addition to grounding the stumps he provided consulting on a potential infestation issue. Description of Work: They ground the stump of a huge tree we lost in a storm. When we started landscaping the area we found a large piece of stump still there, they came back and finished that piece with no charge. A satisfied customer.

Description of Work: I called Kevin at Stump Grinder Co. for stump grinding on 2 occasions. He charged $95 to remove the stump of a small Tulip Poplar during April, 2011, and $75 on the second visit in May, 2011, for the stump of a small Magnolia tree. Both stumps were very small, so he was able to do each job in just a few minutes. Kevin was able to come the same day he was called both times because the jobs were very small and could be fit into his schedule on the way to his larger jobs. He was prompt and professional for both jobs. I would not hesitate to call him again. In the past, I have had small stumps ground by other companies who charged less than Stump Grinders Co, but had to wait several days for them to come to my house and get the jobs done, and they were less professional. I was okay with paying a little more for Kevin because he was able to come the same day and was prompt and professional in his work both times. I am willing to pay more for higher quality work. Kevin's work is definitely high quality!

I had used Ken's services about 5 yrs ago, and he still had our name and old address in his files - that was impressive! He was prompt, courteous, and did a great job. We were worried about being able to get the machine through the gate - but it was no problem.
