They are a very solid Atlanta company. They do a good job and we are very pleased with them.

They been prompt, professional, and the price was good.

They were used by the previous owners of the home, and we have continued the service. Transferring the bond (for the real estate closing) did run into a snag, where they dropped the ball and I had to follow up, but we were able to get it cleared up in time for closing. It cost $45 to do so, I think (2009). They come out four times a year to check on the bait (or traps, not sure), and always let me know when they are there. The cost per year is $320. This fall, I thought some other contractors had removed one "bait box" (for lack of a better term), and Northwest said they would replace it for no extra cost. They were able to find it for me, so replacement wasn't necessary. I have found my experience with them to be 100% professional and pleasant. The only negative thing is that I think they might be a little more expensive than other pest control companies. For inside pest control, they are much higher than the company we use for that.

They were very prompt and always very clear. They were on time. They did very good work. The insulation looked absolutely tremendous. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves in the house. They did a good job outside too. They did a great job on the exclusions. I was very pleased that were willing to come back and work with me when I heard the noises in the attic again. They had some hard places to go into and they took time to look at every thing for me. The guy from Northwest Exterminating was able to pinpoint that my attic was infested with pine squirrels and not any other type of rodent. I thought their price was a little high though.

Very responsive local company. Like the other reviewer said: they show up regularly, walk around for approximately 15 min, then leave a service notice. The price is on the expensive side of Orkin, but not too bad. $125 initial contract, then $109 per quarter for bug control. The termite bond renewal was $80. Called them once to check some potential termite damage; they were quick and professional. No problems with bugs. They do not cover rats, however, under the same contract...

They communicated with me everything they were going to do and where they were going to put things. They let me tell them were I didn't want the pest solution. They used organic spray that doesn't hurt small children.

They come right out every quarter just like clockwork. I never have to call to remind them. They are a local family-owned company. They must be doing a great job because I have not had any bug problems during the three years that I have used their services.

They installed the original Sentricon system before we moved into our house, so we continued to use their services. They are very professional. They must know what they are doing because we have not had any termites so that is good.

They call me, make an appointment, and do the treatment. The other day they showed up unannounced and I wasn t able to go over there. They are an above average pest control, and I have recommended them to others.

They are very prompt and friendly. They answer all of my questions that may come up. The initial start up for these services is 149.00, then I pay 100.00 every visit after this. I think this is a great company and I think they are very professional. I recommend them to anyone needing an extermination company.

This treatment worked great. I have not had any issues since the most recent treatment. I usually have this done every three months. That is how I pay them as well. I have yet to have any problems with bugs since the treatment began. If you do see bugs inside, they will come out and take care of it for you. I also have this company cover my yearly termite treatments as well. That runs about $125. Using this organic treatment, it is a lot more than using a synthetic treatment. This company was actually recommended to me by my builder and he also uses them as well.

Their services and prices were good in comparison to two other companies. At this point, there have been no signs of termites. They showed up on time to perform the work. They met my expectations and were precise and professional.

Wonderful. They are very professional, clean and efficient. Always come and service exterior and if I am not home, they return at my convenience to service the interior. Excellent product that appears to be working great so far.

WE RECENTLY PURCHASED A HOUSE THAT HAD ONE OF THOSE TERMITE PREVENTION SYSTEMS IN PLACE. THEY ARE LITTLE GREEN PLASTIC DEVICES PLACED AROUND THE HOUSE. WE DECIDED TO KEEP THE MAINTENANCE PLAN WITH THIS SYSTEM, AS I UNDERSTAND THEY ARE FAIRLY EXPENSIVE TO PUT IN. SO FAR NORTHWEST EXTERMINATING HAS BEEN CONSISTENT ABOUT CHECKING EVERY SINGLE DEVICE ONCE EVERY 3 MONTHS. THEY ARE DOING A GOOD JOB, AND WE ARE TERMITE FREE BECAUSE OF IT.

THE SERVICE WAS QUICK, AND THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS GOOD. OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD, AND WE WOULD USE NORTHWEST EXTERMINATING AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
