I would highly recommend them. I signed up for a yearly contract with them and its approximately $325 a year.

Chase quickly identified that I did not have fleas, but fungus gnats. He also pointed out that my bedroom windows were not closed all the way. I did have the gutters cleaned about the time these pests started appearing, so it all made sense to me. While a treatment was not necessary, I signed up for quarterly pest treatment, of my own accord. Their professionalism put my mind at ease.

No termite activity reported for quite some time. I find that a bit mysterious.

Kret Wilkes is very professional and enjoys the company of our dog when he checks the stations. We had termite issues prior to switching with Northwest and have found no problems in over 9 years now.

The person from Northwest Exterminating arrived on time and performed the removal without incident. He seemed to be experienced with hornet nest removal and responded to questions I had before and after the removal. He also noticed another wasp nest that I overlooked and removed it also. Although this removal might seem that it was a do-it-yourself project, it did require a special suit and equipment. Three people were stung by the hornets before its removal by Northwest Exterminating. I would use this company again because my experience was very positive.

They were very good about treating particularly bad infestations. They also returned for more treatment when additional roaches were evident. This area being treated was at my church - Clarkston United Methodist.

When we bought our house in 2009, Northwest was the company that helped with our pest inspection. We have used them ever since! We use their green pest control (a mix of herbal oils) and Sentricon system. It has been efficient and easy. I love that they stop by on a schedule and I don't have to be home. So far no termites! Anytime we have had additional pest problems they are fast and courteous to respond. We will continue to use them in the future!

I like that they are eco friendly. They are very good but I’m usually not there when they come out. The bugs are typically under check and the last time it wasn’t so I had them come out. A guy came out and did something and it’s stopped ever since.

They charge $325 for termite monitoring for the year. The actual pest control is $99 a quarter. They call me when they are coming, so I know about the schedule and appointment, so that's good. I like to know when they will be there, so that I can supervise, which is a good thing. They don’t just show up and leave paper work. If I have a problem and call them, they are pretty responsive, which is also a very good thing. It is hit and miss sometimes depending on what guy I get, some guys are more thorough than others, which is why I like to be there. The last guy I had was very thorough, the guy before that wasn’t as thorough. They do a good job. They are due to come in next month.

They offer the organic pest control like I really like. I have pets and children. I recommend them to all of my clients. Price is very reasonable. They do a very great job. They always arrive on time and are very consistent.

They're on time and very very responsive.

It did not go well. I recently cancelled service with them due to multiple issues over the last two years. They regularly missed dusting the door frames as specified in their regular treatment plan. I would come home to find the same spider webs on the doors the same day they treated the house. Also, I had some problems with insects in my finished basement and it took three calls to get them to come out and do something more than just the standard treatment. This solved the problem - temporarily. There were other issues such as not being able to get quotes from them on other outdoor treatments. When the did provide a quote they had higher prices than other local competitors.

They come every three months. They are very professional. They come and leave a report in my mail box if they see any activity. They let me know which stations they have to retreat. I haven't had any stations where they had to treat the house but the stations are permanent so they just come in and take a look. I have nine stations around my property. If they see any activity, they'll treat it and they do whatever is needed to be done. They take care of it and let me know if they've seen any activity and they'll also let me know if they haven't seen any activity.

Very professional and go out of the way for great service. Came out and removed termite traps at no cost for landscaping work. Then placed them back in at no cost.

They did semi-annual pest control. They do my mosquito and critter control. They are very good but their green pest control like any other green pest control leaves something to be desired. Their termites stuff and critter stuff is great. I get what I paid for. It is kind of average for what stuff I want. I don’t even know when they are here most of the time so I won’t be able to tell about their punctuality.

They seem like a good group. The only trouble we have is we don't always know when they're coming if they're just treating the outside. I would rather know they're going to be out in our yard ahead of time as my wife and kid stay home most days.
