39 employees. Service technicians do not get paid commission to change parts or add freon to a customers system. All technicians are paid an hourly rate only. Locally owned and operated, Neese-Jones is located in Alpharetta, Ga., just 30 miles north of Atlanta. Since 1992, Dewey Neese and Ron Jones have directly led an exceptional team of NATE certified technicians who are knowledgeable about the HVAC products they install and proudly committed to ensuring our customers’ comfort.

Description of Work: Repaired current hvac system and installed new system in basement. Came charging in like a bull, cutting holes and pulling down drop ceiling and not covering anything so junk in ceiling rolled down on food prep places and furniture in basement apartment. Did not bother to clean up the mess. Did this multiple times and I cleaned up each time.

Description of Work: New air conditioner and coil. The service people were very polite and conscientious. The salesman made a follow up visit to ensure that the work had been done properly. Description of Work: We had a new HVAC system installed along with two additional vents. We did not like the placement of one of the vents, and they sent out a second installer the following weekend to move the vent where we wanted it, and he also corrected a misconfiguration of the thermostat and fan speed, and adjusted the system to get rid of the loud return noise. Overall we were pleased especially with the second installer. | |We had not been told ahead of time that a bush would need to be removed in order to install the new compressor unit.
