Russell (lead tech) and Steven (tech) did a thorough complete diagnostics of system. We thought it was our thermostat having problems. When it is the Furnace "mother board" has a short in it. Took a long time to diagnose. But these guys were good and thorough. We have used Neese Jones for over 20 years on 2 homes, and they are the best. Including their sales team, Brandy on the phone, and their entire tech team. Thanks.

On the cost, I think it was included in a package or the deal that I had with them. There was no charge.They've been very good. On the price, they're pretty good. They did the work; they put in my A/C unit a year before that. They're pretty responsive, they come out the same day or the next day. They're on time, they show up when they say they're going to show up. They're top-notch, I've got no complaints. They fixed whatever problem. I had some problems with an A/C unit. I had to actually end up replacing it.I bought it from them, and I'm now their customer. I spend a lot of money with them. I used them before I would recommend this company. I have no complaints; it works.

They service all of my houses. I’ve used them for years. I really don’t have any comparison for price because I don’t think I have ever used anybody else. They could be overpriced and I would not have any idea. I’ve never have any problem with them on punctuality. They are very professional. I pay like $300 a year for both the service in the spring and like in the winter. I think that is about what it is when I have to renew it, for the renew for them to come and they check the freon and do their filters and all of that. It could be more than that, I’ve been so busy that I don’t even remember.

Very smooth, technician was courteous and professional. Actually spent time and effort in evaluation and diagnosis of interior and exterior units. Previous technician with another company spent less than 2 minutes and said "all good" and charged a higher fee

These guys went the extra mile to help me. We had a brush fire that destroyed my AC. We were stuck in a hotel because house was too hot. They had my AC replaced within 24 hours of my quote. AMAZING!! Talk to Brandon when you call he is the best. He is in sales but when he knew of our situation he even came out and helped the installer replace the AC UNIT. Awesome customer service, professional and just good people.

I can't say enough about Neese-Jones quality of work. It is just excellent! Out of all the different sub-contractors used to build our home, they were by far the best. I worked directly with Dewey Neese for the design of our HVAC system and was very pleased with his subject knowledge, professionalism, suggestions, and quality of work. I had some particular requirements that were a little different from typical construction and Dewey worked with me to ensure all was done perfectly. We had a problem with one particular unit (whole house dehumidifier) that took a few trips to sort out (replacement of the unit fixed the last problem) and Neese-Jones handled this problem in an exemplary and prompt manner. We've been in the house now for almost a year and all the HVAC systems continue to work perfectly. I couldn't be more pleased! I recently used them to repair a problem with a heat pump in another house and once again, I received prompt, excellent service. I highly recommend Neese-Jones for any HVAC needs you may have. They were very good about scheduling, were prompt for the appointment and did a good job. They wore boot covers and were easy to talk with regarding any questions.

Very happy with Neese Jones. They were the second company I called after the first told me the circuit board could not be repaired and the entire furnace had to be replaced. Neese Jones came out quickly to look at the problem and were happy to replace the circuit board. When the parts came in they were on-site quickly and the repair was flawless. Would definitely recommend and will use Neese-Jones from now on.

Air conditioner stopped cooling. Called in AM and received service in early afternoon. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and helpful. We decided to also have a fall check-up. The technician arrived on time. He immediately diagnosed the problem with the A/C unit. He quickly repaired it and began our fall tune-up. He was finished within one hour. He was very professional.

Couldn't have been happier. The tech was very pleasant, right on time and professional. My units had not been serviced in some time and we noticed the difference immediately. He did a seasonal check of both furnaces and AC units, and offered a service plan which I signed up for. I would definitely use Neese - Jones again. Great service from the first phone call on.

Neese Jones has been providing service to my home for years. They are always punctual and have very pleasant workers. In 16 years of service I have never had a single complaint.

They were extremely responsive, courteous, professional and did the job quickly. They worked all day without a break, left the area they were working in immaculate, and overall, did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend.

Brent, the "comfort consultant", arrived at the appointed time and inspected our old system. He noted that the ductwork was deteriorating and was not set-up to work efficiently. We knew we had never had proper air circulation in rooms at opposite ends of the house. He followed up with an e-mailed estimate with the recommended new furnace and a/c unit and the duct overhaul job priced separately. We asked to broaden the quote to show us the difference in price between high, medium, and low end system alternatives. He e-mailed that info to us. We decided to go with the high end of the mid-level system. The quote was below others we received. We agreed on an installation date for the following week. The installation team arrived on time. There were three men - Brian, Francisco and Matt - so that the job could be completed in one day. They were courteous and professional. They had to spend most of the day in our hot attic. They consulted with us as needed on installation details. They finished by about 5:00 pm, completely cleaned up after themselves, and showed us how to use the new thermostat. We have used the new a/c for a week and are very pleased with it. We have good air circulation in every part of the house for the first time. Brent called us several days after installation to make sure we were happy and to answer any questions we had.
