I cannot rave enough about the honesty, professionalism and service of this company. I called this morning as one of my furnace units broke down last night and I did not have heat - and it was 34 degrees outside. A freindly person picked up the phone and scheduled my appointment for the same day. They had a fantastic tech come out - Jordan Neese, who was prompt, courteous, friendly, honest, and respectful. These are traits I rarely come across in the home repair industry. His honesty about what was needed and what wasn't needed was very refreshing. Jordan took the time to explain the problem in detail and show it to me visually. The price was very fair and I was so impressed with the service received I will ONLY use this company going forward and will recommend them to my friends and family. I can't say I will look forward to my HVAC having problems in the future but I will certainly look forward to working with Jordan and this company again.

Service rep analyzed the issue, explored the possible causes, diagnosed the cause and fixed the connecting hose. He also checked another furnace that is in the house to ensure that similar issues were not occurring.

They are always pretty honest. They do it whenever I want to so they've always been really good about that and reasonable. If your air conditioning goes out in the middle summer, you're first on their list. They'll come out on the weekend. If you don't have heat when it's Christmas, they come out.

It all went well - there was nothing wrong with my air conditioner and so they just checked everything and changed my filters.

My HVAC has freon leak for three years, each year I need to add 2-3lb refrigerant . This is the first company I found from angieslist. First I order the annual two visit to check the system, and the pressure is low as expected, instead of just adding freon, I decided to replace the coil. The technician help me to check the compressor and heat pump to make sure they are both good (So it is worth to replace the coil). A 2nd visit from another technician help me to replace the coil, fill up freon and pressure test the system. This year is hot, the air condition is working good so far, The price seems reasonable, after I do some search online.

I use them all the time. They are my heating and air conditioning people. They are excellent for the most part. They come as quickly as they can and do what they say they are going to do. They are wonderful. Their pricing is expensive. I will continue to use this company.

I called the company. I live in Buckhead. After they asked me what my address is they said they are not accepting new customers. I do not know why they did not tell me that in the very beginning.

They made extra efforts to schedule within one day and were very professional in keeping me informed and arriving as promised. The service technician was great. Diagnoised the problem quickly and openly shared his findings. Only needed to add a small amount of freon and did not try to up-sale me things I did not want. He even clean the condensor coils. This job was perfectly done.

Work was done in a quick manner and David was able to show and explain what the problem was. The AC has been working since.

Our air conditioning on one level went out. The tech. examined the unit and found a burned out capacitor which he showed me (it was indeed burned out). He replaced the capcitor. The unit has been working fines since.

I would say that they're pretty good. They are probably not the best, but they do respond pretty quickly. They generally get things working. They are pretty fairly priced.

After a less-than-pleasant experience with a major HVAC company, we stumbled upon Neese-Jones from an ad in our homeowners directory. Last February, we purchased a 'fixer-upper' with 4 units in extreme disrepair, so, Neese-Jones has done many things over the past year. Since their first visit, we knew they were 'keepers'. The price has been reasonable and the service has been excellent. They show up on time, clean up after themselves, and, everything works just as it should. However, what most impressed me was when our daughter's heat went out while her husband was in the hospital after having open heart surgery. She'd called a major HVAC company who gave her a very large estimate. When she told me about it, I called Neese-Jones, explained that I needed service at her house immediately because my son-in-law would be coming home from the hospital the next day. They had a technician arrive within an hour and were there the next morning to fix it before my son-in-law arrived home. Now, that's REAL service. And the kicker... Neese-Jones was half the price of the other company. If there was a higher rating than "A", I would give it to them.

They did a very fine job. The private light in one of our two furnaces was out and as it turns out it was an igniter that was faulty. I called late morning, and they were here in a couple hours. In fact the service person was walking in as I was getting the call from them saying they were on their way. They were very professional and very prompt, within hours, which was great. They were very courteous, told me exactly what they were doing. No doubt about it, very professional.

We are very very pleased with them. We really like the service representative. We have asked for him a couple of times when we have needed work done. The company seems to be very personable, responsive, dependable and cooperative. They are easy to work with.

The technician arrived on time and was friendly. The technician performed several diagnostic checks on the unit and determined the problem was in my breaker panel. The technician simply tightened the lugs on the wires feeding the unit and the system was fixed. What I especially liked was that while he had my unit opened, he offered to clean the coils. My experience has led me to consider hiring this company to do additional work in my home.

They called before arriving and were very prompt. They inspected the unit, replaced the part and were very professional.

We called several companies about service agreements for our heating and cooling systems. I mentioned on the phone to each that we have an air flow concern, and only this company offered to have someone come out to look at our situation. Rick (Salesman) evaluated the ductwork, house layout, etc. and recommended zoned system. He did not suggest replacing any actual equipment as it was in good condition. Explanation was easy to understand, how they would install and how it would improve conditions were logical. Uncharacteristically, we authorized work on the spot. Installation was when scheduled. After installation, Rick came out to inspect work. We indicated that the house was certainly more comfortable, but that air flow did not seem to improve. He looked at ductwork installed, advised that the installation crew did not install new duct/vent the way he recommended, and will have them back to correct. Honesty and integrity seem to prevail. We are very impressed.

Charles the service tech arrived promptly after calling to let me know they were on the way. I no longer lived at the home so I needed to meet him there. I called on a Tuesday, and they scheduled the work for the following day since it was not critical to have immediate service. The problem turned out to be a defective fuse. He was able to install a new fuse in the circuit without having to order the special manufactures in line fuse. This saved a significant amount of time in returning the unit back to working order. From start to finish, Neese-Jones Heating & AC were professional and performed all work with a high degree of professionalism. I would not fail to call for there service again when necessary.

One thing that really appealed to me was the options they suggested when they did the estimate. All other dealers just quoted adding a third heat pump to service basement. Neese Jones gave me quotes on higher eff. units as well as suggesting that I look into adding a zone to an existing unit. I ultimately selected this option and it saved us over $2000 dollars and it's worked great. All communications were prompt and professional. Installers were about an hour late, but called in advance to let us know. Install was well done and they did a good job cleaning up after themselves. I will be moving all my HVAC service needs over to them in the future.

VERY HAPPY, VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY WITH NO SURPRISES. I HAVE NO IDEA IF THE PRICE WAS HI OR LOW, BUT THE WORK WAS PERFORMED PERFECTLY, WITH NO ATTEMPT TO SELL SERVICE CONTRACTS OR ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT

ARRIVED PROMPTLY. WAS VERY POLITE. CHECKED DUCT WORK AND FOUND THAT THE ORIGINAL INSTALLATION WAS NOT DONE EMPLOYING THE BEST PRACTICE, BUT WAS NOT IN NEED OF REPAIR.

WORKER FRIENDLY. WORK PERFORMED QUICKLY.
