Greg did a great job. I was very pleased from the get go. He was on time, was courteous enough to walk to my door via the driveway and path as so many contractors these days walk acroos the lawn. He put on shoe coverings which I appreciate as we don't wear shoes in our house. He was very polite and did a great job.He was extremely neat and clean in the job he provided. I would definitely recommend Mr. Appliance and especially the technician Greg. Very pleased!
Description of Work: My washing machine needed a new door boot seal. It was replaced and my machine was tested for leaks.

Greg quickly identified the issue, which required no parts, and repaired it, charging us only the service fee. He was friendly, punctual, knowledgable. We would definitely call him again when required.

It went very well and they did a good job. They were on time. They were competent and conducted themselves in a professional manner. They got the job done in about an hour. The scheduling was easy and I had no problems.

They were very punctual and did what they said they were going to do. They fixed it the first time and they had to come back out again to fix it. They gave me a discount on the second time they came and I will call them again. They came within the time frame they gave me, and they also called me before they came. They were fair with me on the discount. The wire that was broke had nothing to do with the initial repair, and it very well may slip out again.
