I think I expected more than what I got but that was just my expectations.

Legacy granite installed granite counter tops in our home. The entire process from measuring to installing took two weeks. Everyone from the front office, to the measurer, to the installers were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They were very neat and the craftsmanship was excellent. They were able to remove my existing counter without damaging the tile backsplash so I didn't incur extra costs. There was a seam put in the long counter, and I defy you to find it. I highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat! Thank you to all the great employees at Legacy!

From purchasing the counters, picking out my slab, having a template made and having the counters installed, everything was great. The only glitch that we did run into was the installers were running very behind. However, I was called every step of the way to let me know when they would finally arrive. They did a great job installing and even came back in after their truck was loaded to answer a few more questions I had. Overall a great experience. I'd recommend them and use them again.

Stopped by the showroom in July and Peterson was very friendly, showing me the samples in my stated price range. In September, I decided to move forward but needed the vanity installed within 10 days since my tiling contractor was due to arrive the following week. I confirmed the project on a Wednesday, the templater (Mo) came out the next day and on the following Friday, my vanity was installed. To my surprise, the service manager called the following day to ensure I was satisfied with the work. Superb turnaround and professional service.I would definately recommend.

The men were on time and professional, they did a good job to minimize the dust (which can be considerable). The issue I had is that they cut too much so that the mounts do not align and it rests on the glass now rather than the side of the cooktop chassis. I specifically said a certain width and he decided to "go a hair bigger" in the end it was more than that and there is no adding back. Hopefully the glass and chassis are bonded appropriately so that there are not any issues long term.

This was my first granite install, I visited 3-4 granite companies before going with Legacy, all had a showroom and manufacturing on site, which was important to me, all were professional and displayed quality work in their showrooms . The 80 sq. ft. I had installed was very reasonably priced and they were able to do the install one week after the visit to make the templates. Peterson made some suggestions for my vanity that saved me some money, and Natalie followed up after the install. Junior, the installer, had to make some adjustments to the granite on-site, installation looks great, Junior did an excellent job. I would use Legacy again and refer them to my neighbors.

Arrived on time and got right to work. So nice and answered all my questions and concerns. They were so quick and efficient and cleaned up everything. Love Peterson too who works in office - so patient and helpful with helping us find perfect granite.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience from meeting Peterson and choosing our granite all the way to the installation. All employees were very friendly and helpful. Our house looks beautiful now!

I had a time crunch and provided a pattern and also did the install myself. They got my piece done on time and I got it installed in time.

Darlene came out initially to give me a quote. Their price was very competitive. I wanted to go by to see the granite in person before installation. I went to their office and had an opportunity to see the stone. I was very impressed. The installer came out to make a template. A few days later, the installer came back for the installation. Everyone was very professional throughout the whole process. I was very pleased with the final installation.

I contacted Legacy about getting granite for my kitchen. I shopped several times before deciding that Legacy had the stone that I wanted at the right price. I had read reviews and also had a personal recommendation from a friend for Legacy. Peterson was very helpful in assisting me in choosing the right granite for my kitchen and their price was the best. Darlene was very helpful and responsive in providing the quote. They answered all my questions and put up with me coming to look at granite many times! Junior was great when he came to do the template and also the install. The time from template to install was really quick - days! I love my granite and will be calling Darlene again soon for another project!

We had checked with another company who wanted a lot more money for the job. We were referred by another business to Darlene. She was great to work with. She was very helpful in helping us pick out the piece of granite by pointing out the pros and cons of each sample. Once we got the cabinets in for the bar area, the company was out within a week to template the area and install the granite and sink. We could not have been happier with the price and the service. Will definitely use Darlene and her company in the future.

From the drive to choose the granite up to the installation (only a few days later), we had a very positive experience and it was almost effortless. These guys are a class act and work hard to keep customers happy. The service and quality were outstanding and everyone involved was very polite. And the granite is beautiful!

The service was great. They were efficient, the cost was reasonable, I could not say anything bad about the service. They helped coordinate someone to do a backsplash and that made the process a lot easier. I did not have to hire a general contractor as they coordinated all of the service providers needed. I was very pleased with the service. His prices were anyone else that I had found and I did research for over a year.

Pablo is a true professional. He was great to work with, and one can see that he enjoys what he does. He has his own company, with lots of reasonably priced, beautiful granite from which to choose. He came out promptly and gave us an fair estimate. We went to his company site, chose the granite, paid a great price, and had it installed. No problems. Junior did a great job on the installation; he actually started early. Julie, the office manager, is responsive and genuinely helpful. They are great family business. I would recommend them to anyone.

They gave me the best price up front and so I chose them. Darlene Peet is the woman we worked with. They are real easy to talk to and are real nice. They are going to be doing the installs this week.
