I would hire Legacy again! I had 5 bathrooms, the entire kitchen and a bar area resurfaced with granite. They sales person took her time with me and helped me find the right pieces of granite. We were able to mix slabs with remnants to keep the project cost on track. The installation team was professional and made sure to clean up after themselves.

Great! I met with Alexandra who guided me through the whole process. After a rough estimate and template were complete, she took me to the warehouse to view a large selection of beautiful stone slabs from which to chose from. Once all choices were made, she scheduled all the people necessary to complete the work. Every person who came to my home was very nice and ON-TIME! Alexandra and Anna kept me informed every step of the way. Legacy Granite is top notch with a staff who are just plain wonderful! I couldn't be happier!

Legacy was a great experience. They provided the best price from several quotes we received but also provided top notch service. From the selection of the granite, to the appointment for measurements and ultimately with the installation. Our counters look awesome and for the price we are very pleased. Will definitely use them when we do the master bathroom.

We shopped a few different places for granite and Legacy blew all of the other companies out of the water. They had a great selection of granite and it was a big plus that is was able to be viewed online! After I narrowed my search to a few slabs I called the office and Alexandra sent me formal quotes within the hour. I had been waiting WEEKS for other companies to get back to me. Life got in the way and I was not able to make it out to walk the granite yard. Alexandra sent me multiple pictures of the slabs of the rock I chose so I could pick which one I wanted. It was amazing that I was able to do it from the comfort of my own home. The customer service is unmatched with this company. I could go on and on. The crew is great- very professional and friendly. The granite was cut perfectly when they arrived and in less than 3 hours I had new counter tops. There was no mess and they look amazing! The only recommendation I would have is to have the crew go ahead and do the plumbing. We opted NOT to have them hook the plumbing back up, thinking it was going to be an easy job and it was a disaster. We had a leaky pipe and ended up having to call a plumber to fix it. Our fault though- heads up to future remodelers!

The job went great. I had gone to the company location to choose my granite and then arrangements were made for the person to come out and measure for the tops. Instead of using the template, which is more old fashioned, a drawing was made using a laser device which carefully measured all of the lines and corners of the base cabinets. Once this was completed, it was taken back to the installers. The company then called to schedule the installation. This went great. The installers arrived at their scheduled time and completed the installation. They did a great job and made sure everything was perfect. I was very impressed with the seam in the granite. It just disappeared. The cut-out for the sink was a perfect fit. Great job! I have used this company once before and recommended them to friends. Each time the job was perfect.

This is my second time kitchen counter top installation. reasonable price at the best quality work and service.

The process was super easy. I went to their website www.legacycountertops.com and filled in a few questions about or project. I received a quote the same day. Loiny was very helpful, she carefully walked me through the process. She was responsive to my many emails and was able to help me closely match our existing granite. Legacy Granite came out a couple days later and created a digital template of our sink area. After a trip to inspect the stone we were delighted to find that they had a remnant that was suitable for our project. It really helped keep our cost down. Our counter top was cut and professionally installed a few days later. Legacy Granite provided excellent communication throughout the entire process.

The total experience was very pleasant. Legacy carried a very good selection of granite. The staff was very informative with absolutely no sales pressure. The installers were equally professional and courteous. Everything was done on schedule with no problems. We will definitely use Legacy with our next project. There is no need to look anywhere else.

The sales process was very smooth. The sales team worked well to insure we had the right design and that the layout made the pattern flow correctly. The installation was fantastic. The team did an outstanding job. They matched and blended the material in such a way that one could not tell where the seam was. They were very attentive to the details and delivered exactly what they promised and then some.

Went great from start to finish. I enjoyed working with Petersen. My only feedback would be that the selection of granite was not as good as some other companies that I visited, but couldn't beat the price.

We went to Legacy to pick out new bathroom countertops after moving to the area in June. Very good service throughout. We were able to look at everything in a timely matter and found a lot of great options. They were installed about 2 weeks later and the installers were great. They had to modify the cabinet to insure the counter was level. Would recommend any time.

From our first contact on Angie's List to the installation, we were very pleased with their service and the final product. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Templets for the new counter tops were done about two weeks before they were to be installed. Removal of the old counter tops and installation of the new ones were done in about two hours including the second sealing of the new granite. There is only one seam and you have to search for it. Everyone I worked with in the process were very professional and knew what they were doing and how to do it. Legacy Granite also recommended a very good contractor who did the plumbing and installed the new backsplash.

I went and picked out the granite and provided them with preliminary measurments on a Wednesday. They had a good selection and was able to bring a few samples home. They came out on Friday to do the templates. The following Friday there were three guys that came out to install the countertops and granite composite sink. They left the area clean. They had a shopvac to make sure all the scraps were cleaned up and they hauled out the old countertops. I'd tell my friends to expect a quality crew to take care of everything they said they would do. They were very easy to work with. Peterson is a great asset to the company.

Very straightforward transaction from beginning to end. We toured the company facility to review the variety of granite options. Peterson was most helpful in allowing us time to browse while also answering our questions and offering helpful tips. An installation date was set and two very professional and competent installers arrived right on time. They worked well as a team, dividing duties and assisting each other as necessary. Two countertops and an island - plus installation of a sink, was completed in under two hours. They left the kitchen more than broom clean. This was a very pleasurable experience - one I would expect from a top rated Angies List company. We will use them again for future projects.

I was very impressed with the responsiveness and quickness with their service. After a bit of a mix-up initially as to the time the person was coming to do the template, it was smooth sailing. All correspondence with the salesperson, Alexandra, as well as with the installers was very professional and pleasant. I understand that their primary goal was to only provide countertops. However, I was somewhat distressed by the holes that the installers made in the sheetrock and the ragged condition of the wall tile. I excused them because I understand that this was countertops only and not a full kitchen remodel. Also, I plan on eventually making changes to the walls, but still -- holes in the sheetrock??? That being said, the countertops are beautiful and I am very happy with them.
