I purchased this service as part of an Angie's List deal which offered 3 hours of kitchen or bathroom caulking. Caulking work appears well done. Contractor cleaned up after providing service. Scheduling was very difficult. I provided several days and times when I would be available for service. Contractor called me the night before he wanted to come, requesting to come at a day and time when I was not available. After several correspondences, he agreed to schedule a time for service about a week in the future. I called him when he was 30 minutes late and said he did not have the appointment on his calendar. I pointed out that we agreed on 9 am that day in an Angie's list email, so he said he could arrive 2 hours after the appointment time. He also told me that a 9 am appointment means between 9 and 11 am for contractors, and that I should just know that. He finally arrived and made several comments about how little money he makes which I found unprofessional. He spent 2 hours caulking one bathroom. He would not do the additional hour of work purchased in the deal because it would be in a different bathroom and he reminded me of how little money he makes. He seemed to imply that I should either pay more for the service or expect less from him as a result of purchasing an Angie's List deal. I would not use this contractor again because scheduling was far too difficult. I feel badly that he is facing economic challenges, but I do not think it is appropriate to share this in a professional setting.

There was no schedule at all. I ordered on 12/02/14 and nothing has happened since then. I don't think they need the business, they must be too busy, It's a zero customer service from the man I spoke to today. That proves they have more than enough to do.

The job was well done and the owner cleaned up the area before leaving.

I was contacted by the gentleman soon after I bought the Big Deal and he clarified that the deal meant that they would replace missing grout. I was looking for a deal that would remove old grout and then replace it. He was very polite and straightforward, and I appreciated his honesty.

It was good. He did a great job. He worked extra hours. He did everything he could to get everything the best that he could. I was very happy with home improvement crew there. The gentleman came when he was suppose to and did everything really well. He was a hard worker. I couldn't find one reason to complain about anything he did. I couldn't complain about anything he did.

Everything went well. He did only what we asked, but did provide guidance on future work. The work looks so much better than before.

Their prices were very reasonable. The workers were clean and courteous of my house and family. They finished these jobs faster than I had expected, and still got the job done well. Their Installation was very professional and looks amazing! I will definitely be hiring them again for my next home improvement project. Very satisfied and very proud of my beautiful Kitchen and new hardwood floors!
