They did a good job. He was very responsive and he was punctual as well.

The service was great. They did a good job. They were very thorough. I would highly recommend them. I liked working with them.

On the whole I was satisfied. I had a couple of issues. The negative was that when I initially called them they estimated a price for quite a high price as they tried to upsell. I called them and told them all I wanted was the amount of windows that were included in the coupon. The two people that came did a good job. They were careful and I did feel good about their work. They forgot the two kitchen window's and I did as well so that was frustrating but both of us did not catch that they had not been done.

They were courteous, timely, fast and thorough.

I bought a half price "whole house" deal from Fish Window cleaning through Angie's List. They sent an estimator out to "quote" it, and discovered that I had more windows in my teeny tiny house than constitutes a "whole house." I agreed to pay $45 on top of the deal to get the exterior windows only cleaned. At this point, I was a bit turned off and not in a hurry. Eventually, I scheduled the service. They sent a cleaner to the house, he set up ladders, and as far as know, cleaned them all. I'm very disappointed that he didn't remove cobwebs while he was up there - the tech wiped the insides of the sills, but not the cobwebs in the corners.

The workers were pleasant and friendly and here right on time. They confirmed the work to be done with the estimate and walked around the house to insure that we were in agreement.

They did a good job. They were very nice and they were efficient.

We wanted to wait until the springtime pollen was over and we would call them. When I called, we agreed on a date and time. Two guys came, one worked inside the other worked outside. They were very fast and through. No missed spots..We were very happy with the result.

On the back side, the house is 3 stories. Part of which is blocked by a sun room sticking out at the lowest level. To me, it did not appear that the upper walls in that area were washed, and no ladders were used in back. The representative said that the walls were washed, and that the water stream was strong enough to reach up that high, as well as over to the side where the sun room blocked them. Additionally, the glass on my front door was cracked during their visit. I was advised that the pressure was way too low to do that. The repair was not covered.It could just be a bad day for this service tech, but I will not be using them again.

From the initial visit to the actual service the whole team were fantastic. Very professional and friendly and extremely respectful of our home. The two guys that came out to do the work had quite a task as my great room windows are very high up and had to use 40+ feet ladders to reach. They cleaned inside all screens and did an excellent job. I will definitely have them back for fall.

The team did a very good job, especially with the pressure washing. Another contractor gave me a much higher quote and time required to do the job. When I called Fish, they came out quickly and gave me an estimate, and agreed to fit me into their schedule so they could do the outside of my windows the same day a housecleaning crew was cleaning the inside. The Fish team was fast and effective, and I think the price was really good for all they did. The patio practically shines, and the driveway looks great. The windows look good too! I would definitely recommend this company.

The job took much longer than they estimated, and longer than I anticipated. Overall they did a very good job. I was glad they were able to place all the screens on the windows that the previous owner removed.

They called back immediately to set up an appointment to give me an estimate. I wasn't able to be there for the estimate, but they were able to come by and take a look and give a fair estimate from looking at the outside of my home. The window washer arrived on time and did a pretty good job. However, I was under the impression that Fish would send out a team of people to do the work and that it would be completed in just a few hours, but only one guy showed up. Since there was only one guy, it did take him pretty much the entire day to complete the job. Having said that, he did a great job and I would use them again.

I really like the idea that it was so fast, and that I didn't have to do it myself. It is very convienant. I was very happy with them. I plan on using them again.

They did an excellent job! They took care with each window, alerted me to a window's caulking which was coming loose, and asked if I was satisfied before they put away their materials. They were courteous and very neat. The owner, Jonathan, called me the next day to ask how I felt about their performance. I am very impressed with them and will definitely use them again.
