Very poor experience. This is unfortunate as we used their services over the past few years. (1) widow sills were not cleaned, (2) streaks of water left on the windows (they look worse than before the job), (3) spider webs in the corners left untouched and (4) a window pane fell off after the job was completed and still waiting for a resolution a week and a half later. We did talk to the owner Jon who is waiting to hear back from his operations manager to get more input, after we were told several times they come back and fix the issues. We will not use their services again.

A crew of 3 guys arrived. Only 1 was in uniform. Windows were cleaned but window sills were left dirty (this part could have been my misunderstanding but I think the company should have been clear about only glass being cleaned). The worst part of this job was the crew left dirty rags throughout my house. They left them on my chaise lounge in the master bedroom and on the beds of (2) of my kids rooms. One rag was left on the stairs. I was expecting a more professional experience.

They would not make an appointment, just showed up and left a quote in the mailbox. I find that if you don't talk to people they really don't know what you are looking for, but that is their way of doing business. Very disappointed, the quote was far out of line.

I only use them for window cleaning. I've used them probably 4 or 5 times. I use them every year.

I only use them and I use them to clean my windows every year. They do a good job.

They cleaned the outside of all windows. They did a good job, using extension poles to reach the upper story windows. I would hire again but would request hand drying on those windows in the future to prevent water spots.

They did an excellent job. I climbed up on to the roof after they left to inspect. The gutters were spotless. The owner is a very pleasant and reliable person. This is the second time he cleaned my roof.

For the most part, it went well. I contacted Fish Window Cleaning Inc via Angie's List website, provided a description of what I wanted, as well as photos, and requested a quote. They responded with an initially amazing offer, but when I informed them that I did not have an outdoor water spigot, they told me it would be $50 more. Then, upon arrival, the technicians informed me that there would be an additional $75 charge because I have storm windows. I'll admit, I was surprised , since I'd sent a picture. Perhaps it could have been less of a surprise if the initial consultation had been in person instead of via email. Also: the sills were only wiped out instead of scrubbed out, so there's still slight residue in the tracks; and in the atrium, there is tree sap residue on the exterior of the windows, that I'm surprised a stronger cleanser couldn't remove. That said, all in all, I was pleased with the quality of the work done, and would recommend this company (but would also suggest an in-person estimate to avoid surprise charges).

Showed up on time. Reasonable cost. Would recommend them.

Not good. Was told that window screens were going to be wiped clean with a cloth, they do not wash them. They do not dry the windows on the outside, they use long pole with some chemical that is supposed to be streak free. For that matter I could have done that myself. Screens are wiped very fast ONLY in perimeter. Center screen not wiped at all. Indoor job is mediocre at best. Same rag/cloth is used throughout. Corners of windows and behind the window latch show streaks. Indoor window ledge not cleaned. I only used them because they had done work in my neighborhood and figured they were OK. I was concerned about the really cheap price. Now I know why. If you want windows that are somewhat clean and you don't mind dirty screens, then you may be OK. You get what you pay for, very little. The pole they used outside wrapped around my plant stand and it was broken. Was told to buy replacement and send difference to office. I'm left with mediocre clean windows and a broken stand that I now have to go find and clean up the mess. They did offer to come back but I declined. I do not need mediocre work done twice.

Owner was very responsive, provided quote quickly and followed up. Price was excellent. Experience could have been better but everything worked out in the end. Was told that 3 workers would be there but only 2 arrived who were not expecting as much work. Owner made it right and sent 2 additional workers. Rated quality a B because workers required supervision i.e. had to be shown a few window seals and windows that had been missed but all work was completed to our satisfaction.

Washed the windows. Went very well.

It was awesome. I didn't pay any addition. It was what I paid for the deal. It was really good. They did a really good job. They were extremely prompt. I'd tell friends to use them. They're very good.

We have used other providers since and this company does the best job and we will use them again.

Owner was very professional and courteous. He responded quickly to all emails and scheduled the job in a timely manner. Crew was professional and punctual. I would use again.

The representative arrived on time, and took special care to keep our brand new carpets covered inside the house as he addressed each window. He also handled the screen covers with care outside, and assisted with a couple of storm windows that needed to be removed. Mark was the gentleman who handled our quote communicated with me while I was traveling and out of town. We are working to sell our home, so timing and coordination were both very important. We would definitely use this company again.

When they finished, it was a really a great looking outdoor house. I will certainly hire them often to keep the outdoor house and windows looking great.

I would give them exceptional scores throughout. They were exceptional. They were exactly what I thought Angie's List would provide me. They did what they said they would do, and they did it in an exceptional way. They made me feel like I got a lot more than what they asked me for.

Arrived on time, very courteous and left me with some crystal clean windows.

They were on time and did a good job. I've used them twice and will again.

I have a big house. They did a pretty great job. They left a little bit of a mess in areas on the floor and stuff like that. The clean-up wasn't as good. They did a fine job washing the windows but I think they could have been a little bit more thorough on the clean-up. I had areas I had to wash my floor and wash the sills and stuff like that at some of the windows. I think they were probably in a rush or whatever. They were very professional on setting up the appointment, being flexible, there was a lot of stuff that had to be coordinated with my painters and things like that and they were very good in all that area.

It was positive. It was a competitive rate. They were very responsive. We were dealing with the owner and he was very professional.
