NEVER CONTACTED ME AND NEVER RESPONDED TO MY PHONE CALLS AND MESSAGES LEFT

All of my communication with Fish Window Cleaning was excellent. I asked for a quote via an email to Jon and he promptly came out to the house and left the quote on my front door, as requested. This happened within a very short period after first contact. The original quote was a little high for our budget so we asked that certain windows be eliminated, and Jon was fine with giving me a revised quote. The work was scheduled for a few days out, but rainy weather got in the way, and Jon rescheduled for the following week. Unfortunately, we were leaving on a trip that week, so he was glad to reschdule once again. Jon is extremely easy to work with; although we never talked on the phone or in person, he communicated quickly with me via email, per my request. I asked to apply my Angie's coupon after receiving the estimate, and Jon was happy to comply, bringing the revised quote of $715 down to $645. The Fish crew arrived right on time the morning of the 22nd. Michael was first to get here and made a quick assessment of what was to be done. He was very pleasant, and helpful when I had questions. Shortly therafter, the rest of the crew, Mark and Cody, arrived and immediately went to work. All the guys were polite, respectful, well-mannered and well-groomed, and wore company T-shirts. They were true professionals, and worked well as a team. They worked steadily for six hours, and our windows have never looked better! I was very impressed with their organization and attention to detail. They took time out to explain to me why our triple-track storm windows don't work very well, which I'd been concerned about. I paid for their services via credit card before they left. Jon immediately followed up with an email asking me how things had gone (sorry, Jon, I forgot to reply!) and asked me to let him know if I had any questions or concerns, which I did not. All in all, this was one of the best service experiences I've ever had. We'll definitely call Fish Window Cleaning again. Highly recommended!

I wasn't home when they came, but my windows looked beautiful when i got home and there was no mess! Very happy with the results and would hire them again.

I have used Fish Window cleaning in the past soI knew they do a great job. My house was in need of window cleaning and pressure washing. The crew is very professional and did a great job cleaning my windows and skylights, as well as pressure washing the exterior of my house. This time I had Fish pressure wash my walkways and driveway and the difference was incredible -- I had no idea how dirty these surfaces were! Jon, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. I highly recommend Fish and will use them again.

We were having our exterior re-stuccoed & purchased the window cleaning special. The exterior work took longer than expected & Fish called to remind us that our purchase was nearing expiration. They called twice to remind us & we simply did not get around to scheduling them before the expiration date (which is established by Angie's List, so it was not something Fish could adjust) They offered us a deal to do it after the expiration but by then we'd used our budget up on the renovation work. Would contact them again in the future. Were very professional & provided a reasonable estimate when they came out initially.

They arrived as scheduled for both the quote and service, they were polite and professional, did a great job on the windows. I will hire again next time windows need cleaning.

They did a great job! I used one of the Angie's List coupons and only had to supplement it with $20 dollars to have my entire house-- all windows and doors done. Two young guys did the work, were polite and receptive to questions and feedback. They looked like real employees-- not random day labor, which was a huge plus for me. They wore uniforms, drove a logo'd minivan. Overall, they were very professional. I will definitely use them again, though I will have to have the coupon again :)

I contacted Fish Window Cleaning upon purchasing a 'Big Deal' and they got me in touch with Greg Jordan. Greg came out to my house within 5 days to do the initial inspection. Because I only needed exterior cleaning, I was not required to be present. He left me an estimate (no additional costs!) and said he would get the job scheduled . A few weeks went by with no service. I checked in with Greg after three weeks to see what had happened and he told me my order 'fell through the cracks'. The Fish crew came out two days later to complete the cleaning. I think they did a great job with what they had to work with - very old windows. I could not remove the screens prior to the cleaning, so they worked around them. My goal was to get cob webs and dirt washed away and that was accomplished. I would definitely hire Fish again. For information only - cleaning crew is not able to work within 10 ft. of power lines. Unfortunately I have large windows on the front of my house plus a power line attaching right above one of the biggest windows. That window could not be cleaned. Disappointing but not Fish's fault.

My oustide windows were horrible because our new (to us) stucco house had been pressure washed and the windows were clouded and streaked. Communication from the beginning was excellent. They were flexible on time to perform the service and on doing only the outside - and did a great job.

Good experience. They were quick and thorough. Saved me lots of time doing it myself. Were more than happy to redo a few windows that was not quite clean enough for me. Friendly.

I was running late to meet them at the house so they started on the outside. They worked very quickly and were very neat/tidy through the process. They did a great job and were very friendly!

I contacted John to ask about just cleaning the outsides of my windows. He came by and gave me an estimate and several weeks later I arranged for his company to do the job.

Although the window cleaner was a little late arriving due to a misunderstanding of the address; when he arrived he got quickly to work with his bucket & squeegees cleaning the interior windows. I have small panes & he had a tool that fit the exact size to make the process very efficient. He worked very quickly scrubbing then wiping each pane--they were sparkling when he finished. The exterior work was completed in the same fashion--by hand--no hoses. As I had to leave for an appointment, he finished the exterior on his own & I am very pleased with the results.

Very well arrived on time. they were very courteous and friendly. did not takr them long to complete the job. 1 1/2 hour for 20 windows.

We were hoping for a super job. We have high windows which is why we called a professional this time. We have cleaned them ourselves twice a year. The great room windows are not clean and streaked is as some of the other windows. . I was told because we haven't had the windows professionaly cleaned, this is the problem. I do understand there are some pits in the glass as the house is 24 years old but that was not our complaint. Have played phone tag with the company but haven't heard back. Funny, we do a much better job! Lesson learned--

I will never wash my own windows again. This business is run very professionally and staffed very professionally. John also informed of other services they offer which was nice to know.. I hope this co. retains this employee because he was the total 'positive' package.

My windows had a noticeable film before cleaning, and afterwards, they look beautifully sparkling. The deal did state that the sills were to be cleaned as well, and I don't think they were, but I didn't notice this until after the person had left. This was still an excellent value, but next time I will double check. They emailed me right away after my purchase, scheduled the work in a couple of days (as requested), and arrived promptly the day of work. Very good experience, I would absolutely do this again.

This is an excellent company do to business with....they combined a special and my Angie List purchase in completing window cleaning and pressure washing of the exterior of my home. They were very courteous in setting the appointment to accommodate my schedule. They phoned prior to arriving to let me know that they were on there way. The Fish employees were very professional in completing the cleaning of the inside and outside of my windows. They also did an excellent job in cleaning the exterior of my home. They were very careful of my shrubs and outdoor furniture and were very thorough. I was very pleased with the excellent job that they completed.

As the first time I had them come, it was just great. They sent a guy at the time we'd agreed on; he was polite, quiet and quick, and he did an excellent job. I love these guys! The windows looked fantastic in no time. I have a second-story, very large rounded window I was concerned about, but it was no problem for them.

Extremely pleased for start to finish! Accommodating with scheduling when I needed them and did a fantastic job cleaning all windows inside and outside. The owner and crew are excellent, friendly and reliable.

It turned out great. They are prompt and appear to be a pretty efficient company. The employees demeanor was personable as well.
