My experience with them was not bad. They were average. Their cost was also average.

I have a big house. They did a pretty great job. They left a little bit of a mess in areas on the floor and stuff like that. The clean-up wasn't as good. They did a fine job washing the windows but I think they could have been a little bit more thorough on the clean-up. I had areas I had to wash my floor and wash the sills and stuff like that at some of the windows. I think they were probably in a rush or whatever. They were very professional on setting up the appointment, being flexible, there was a lot of stuff that had to be coordinated with my painters and things like that and they were very good in all that area.

It was positive. It was a competitive rate. They were very responsive. We were dealing with the owner and he was very professional.

They did it excellent all the way through. The quote was very reasonable. Everything was great. They were fine, they were timely and did a great job.

I think my experience with them was good as far as I remember. They were good. I think they did a thorough job and my interactions with them were good. The windows looked excellent afterwards. I would recommend their services to my friends and family members.

They were great. Washed by hand so much better than the group I used before who sprayed the windows and did not really clean sills well. I will use Fish again this year.

It went horrible. They washed our windows with dirty water and our trim is white and it just turned out dirty. They didn't bring any ladders so they just reached as high as they could and leaving the rest. Out of three guys, one of them was good and the other two had no idea how to clean windows. The owner never followed up with us to apologize or come out and fix it. I get our windows cleaned on a regular basis and this was by far the worst window cleaning experience I have ever had.

Not real well. after they completed the windows had lots of dirt and smear marks.

Manager ended up making it right, but it took a while to resolve.

Only fair. The two young fellows were obviously anxious to do a first rate job and worked very hard and long in trying to excel. They arrived two hours later than the 1:00 PM appointment time and hurried to set up and get started but they began to have equipment problems. The pressure washer engine would not run and the pressure washer nozzle was broken. One of the workers had to leave to buy a new nozzle which took about an hour. Then he worked with the engine and in the process sprayed oil over about 2 square yards of the lawn until he got it to run. We had hoped to have the pressure washer blast the cobwebs and dirt off the eaves and gutters but they used it while standing on the ground only and spraying the eaves about 30 feet above on the third story with cleaning solution. The result was a gentle mist with no force. Darkness fell with 2 hours work to go but they stuck with it and finished the job somehow even when they were almost unable to see the windows they were cleaning. If I were to use this Fish location again, I would require assurance that the workers would arrive with properly working equipment and that pressure washing would be done at 3 feet or less of the nozzle. Also, they should not work in darkness for reasons both of safety and quality of work. The hard work and enthusiasm shown by the two young fellows mostly compensated for the equipment and training problems and we are grateful to the two of them but believe their employer need to work on his responsibilities.

Their responsiveness was TOP NOTCH! In fact, when I called back with a question, prior to the cleaning, they called me back within a 1/2 hour. They were extremely professional and friendly and did a fantastic job on my windows. I will absolutely use them again.

Reasonable price. Prompt to site to give estimate. Prompt to site to do the job. Work done quickly, professionally, and expertly. An all around excellent job.

Fast response on coming out to provide quote and set appointment. The crew arrived on time and perfomed window washing by hand! What a differnce that made from the prior company I was using. Great job, good price. I am now having them come out to pressure wash my driveway.

Very efficient, professional, and polite even though I did not use their services. If I did hire a window-washing service, I would consider Fish Window Cleaning. I did not use the coupon (or any of their services) because of all the specialty windows on my house. Coupon amount was not sufficient to cover a significant amount of the job. Our windows are older, and I did not want to spend hundreds of dollars having them cleaned at a time when I was considering replacing them.

The workers were punctual, clean cut an courteous. Windows looked good, except I noticed a few hand prints the next day on a few of the high up windows.

They are very thorough and very professional. They are on-time and the prices are reasonable.

The 3-person crew members were very professional and courteous. They were all very thorough and efficient. The crew leader inspected the windows to make sure that they were all cleaned properly. The only concern I had was that they did not sweep up small piles of dirt left on the floor under some of the windows. Nonetheless, that was a minor detail. I plan to use this service again and recommend them to others.

The date of job I listed on top is just a random date, and I didn't post a price either. I just can't remember if the job was done in 2012 or 2013. I think it was more fall of 2012, but I'm not sure. I can't find a copy of the invoice either, so I can't say how much I paid. This is the reason why I hadn't posted my review yet. I was hoping one day to find something in my papers, but I didn't. Overall the two gentlemen that came out to clean the windows did a good job, I just have two minor remarks: 1) I think they should change the water they use to wipe their wipers and rags more often: I had the feeling that they were wiping the windows with rags that weren't clean enough. 2) One of the young gentlemen was neatly dressed, but the other one was more of a "pants on the ground" type, and while working the pants didn't always sit where they were supposed to stay. Other than that I found that the price was fair and that in the end the windows looked much better than before. I would use them again, and I have recommended them to friends who I know have used them too.

Pros - They did whatever I asked them to do. Cons - I had to go over so much. The windows weren't cleaned very well, but of course, I didn't see it until night time. The inside guy was young and didn't appear to be very experienced. He didn't use a drop cloth or take the screens outside to clean. He also brought a large ladder into the house in the extended position and left a long mark on the wall.

After a hiccup in getting connected with the Fish Window Cleaning that services my area, Roy Wade visited my home, and gave me a firm price on the additional windows that I needed, over and above the deal....He worked within my schedule to get the work done. His gentlemen arrived on time and were cordial and professional. They went right to work and did a wonderful job!

It went great. He was the only one who came to my home and gave an estimate. He gave a discount for being on Angie's List.

They did an okay job. They were also on time and I don't have any complaints about them. I couldn't say that there was anything negative or anything especially positive about the service, but I was pleased and it was a very good price.

Not well. They didn't want to come ot my area.
