Description of Work: The window cleaning, as well as the window cleaner, was EXCELLENT. The pressure washer - not so much. The work order and the quote called for washing the exposed areas of the back yard fence (we have a tiny, tiny lot - kind of a zero lot line affair). He cleaned about a 6x8 foot section of fence (and did not clean the lattice trim on top) and an approx. 4x4 stone porch. That's it - the cost for that amount of pressure washing was $150. I should have contacted the owner - he was very professional in my dealing with him via email - but I was busy and I let so much time go by that I thought it was unfair to demand some sort of correction a month after receiving the service. I will definitely use the window washing services again, but definitely not the pressure washing. I would give an A+ to the window cleaning services; C- for the pressure washing.
