Company came out to do service, but informed me that due to the extreme wear on the hardwoods, it wouldn't look good. I appreciate the honesty of their service and feel that Fabulous Floors is a company with very high integrity.

The gentleman came in. He was very nice and professional. He told me that my floor needed more than resurfacing (what I purchased). He explained I could get my money back & recommended what needed to be done.

He arrived on time, worked hard to complete job in a timely manner. and left a finished job. The result were as he promised.

I ordered the Big Deal from Fabulous Floors to refinish my floor but it turns out my floors are too damaged for this service and I'm requesting a refund. Fabulous Floors were great to work with,

John was very professional and flexible in scheduling our initial consultation. David, who is John's refinisher contacted me right away to come by the house and scope out the work. He was very professional and knowledgeable in explaining the process and details involved. The actual cost came in slightly under the quote (always a nice surprise), and our floors look absolutely amazing. The floors had water damaged and severely faded areas, and after David's refinish they look brand new. I had a wonderful experience with Fabulous Floors and will definitely use them again.

I bought a foreclosure lake home that had hardwood floors in awful condition. Last owner tried to distress them themselves. Jon and his company were able to make these floors look like new again. They sanded out the bad distress condition to a smooth finish, stained them and did the poly. Floors are beautiful and they even did the stained shoemoulding(additional charge). Will use them again for sure.

Jon did a great job. Unfortunately, the screening did not clean up the floors to their original appearance. Jon fully explained that this might be the case & I somewhat expected those results. Jon did make a fantastic offer. He offered to apply over $400.00, the amount that we paid over the Angies deal that we purchased, towards refinishing the floors with no expiration. I believe we will use this.

Jon was very responsive and scheduled his work to meet our schedule. He arrived on time, was very professional, did the work quickly and left the house as it was before. Great job!

It went very well and I think he is a nice guy. The product was very good and I liked John's integrity. He was very helpful, genuine and he did a good job. He was also very knowledgeable.

Excellent. From my first phone call to Jon to the end of the work was terrific. I have sent a picture of my floors to all my friends and family. Jon is fantastic. Outstanding job.

It was a good experience. He said I had close to 200 square feet for $99. I ended up spending $200 more. He let me know that in the beginning it would cost more than $99. He told me from the beginning that he wouldn't be able to do anything to extensive and that he is going to do a very light sanding on the floor. His ad description is about light sanding too. He did a nice job. It looked much better when he finished with it. I was happy with the work that he did for me. He was polite, on time and he cleaned up his mess. He was very responsive.

All went fine. Just not what I needed.

Jon was wonderful to work with. We scheduled an appointment days after purchasing the Angie's deal. He was prompt and did a great job over and beyond what we expected. The floor looks beautiful and we would definitely recommend him.

Jon was very punctual and cheerful. I purchased one of Angies Big Deals to get 200 sq feet of floor finished knowing I needed about another 400 sq feet finished. He came in and measured up the remaining floors and was generous in his estimation of square footage. I had cleared the floors before he arrived and moved all the furniture into other rooms. We agreed on the price and I took my family out for the morning. I cannot begin to tell how far above and beyond Jon went! The area around my kitchen bar was really worn and actually needed re-staining. I had only purchased the re-finishing and was not planning on re-staining the floors for a couple of more years. Jon went out and mixed stain to match the exact color that was already and the floors and did the most amazing job. He chemically cleaned the floors they were so dirty, and again did not charge me for this service. He cleaned the floors meticulously and then lightly sanded them and sure enough no dust at all. I was still out when Jon called me to say he was done. He took my credit card over he phone and was on his way. When I got home the floors took my breath away. THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING......my middle son asked if he had put new wood in the house :-) This guy is legitimate, I tired to offer him more money and he wouldn't take it! I am rarely satisfied with contractors that do work for me, usually over priced and never finished correctly leading to lower quality. THIS COMPANY IS TRULY ONE OF THOSE THAT JUST DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY DO! Surpassed my expectations ten fold!!! Cheers. MGB

They were sincere and professional. I will not hesitate to recommend them.

Jon did a wonderful job. He explained that my floors really needed to be stripped, sanded, and refinished, but that he thought he could help with what he did (he offered to refer me to someone who did more extensive refinishing). However, after he completed our floors, they look terrific-- I was pleasantly surprised at how well the color blended and has continued to look great. I highly recommend him and would absolutely use them again!

This fiasco began with my error of putting Orange Glo (contains wax) on urethane finished oak floors. After a hard grey haze appeared, I contacted a floor cleaning company (through Angie's List), who buffed the OG out with a buffer and Bona. Her huge error was then to put a coat of paste wax on the floors, which created a greasy and shiny finish, which clouded when touched with water or floor cleaner. She claimed as the paste wax was being applied, "that is how we do it, it will be shiny, wait and see." What a ******* mess. I questioned her at the very moment about applying wax to a urethane finished floor. Only after the fact, did I do thorough Google search on the subject, read numerous comments and reviews, and contacted Bruce/Armstrong, the manufacturer of my flooring. Jon brought it a big expensive scrubber machine and got the wax removed from a large bedroom, the kitchen, the hallway foyer, and part of the living room. Later that night I applied two light coats of Bruce Fresh Finish (urethane finish) and the floors now look fabulous - Jon could have done a similar treatment except he was booked for many days, and I was frantic to get my house back in order for Christmas. Jon was energetic, oh-so-nice, did the obvious job first (remove the WAX), and did it thoroughly. Was prompt, friendly, and most professional. I plan to use him to resurface my oak stairs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!

I purchased Fabulous Floors Angie's Deal and immediately received an e-mail from Jon asking me to call and schedule an appointment. Since I work full time he was very accommodating and scheduled me for a Saturday morning. He also explained in detail exactly what the process did and didn't do. I live in a 1930 home and I doubt the wood floors in the bathroom had been touched in the past 83 years and the finish had completely worn off in the high traffic areas. Jon arrived on time, did exactly what he said he was going to do. I was shocked and amazed when I saw the finished product. The stain matched my floors perfectly and the floor looked terrific. I was so impressed I asked him about my kitchen floor and made an appointment for him to clean and put a finish on my brick paver kitchen floor, There were no surprises, Jon delivered more than I expected, and I highly recommend Fabulous Floors and Jon!

IT WENT GREAT!!! John called me after I contacted him via Angie's List. I told him what the problem (I had flower pots that leaked and put stains on my hardwoods) was. He made plans to come out and see this issue. He came out, told me what needed to be done, and scheduled an appointment to come back out and do the work. John showed up as scheduled, did the work, did a great job, and get this... He said the amount of work involved was far less involved than the special he offered on Angie's List; so he CHARGED ME LESS! FAR LESS! Who does that, these days? Not many. If you want good, professional work; at a reasonable price.... Call John at Fabulous Floors.

Joan came out but was unable to resurface my floors because they were in too bad shape. He was very professional and honest.

Jon is a very nice guy. He was right on time and finished when he said he would. I would recommend him to others.
